I've been an admin on a number of servers, looking for a mature place, with no lag, that I can call home to actually play the game.
Thanks for the tour, this is an incredible server with some amazing builders. The sand city is jaw-dropping. I think I'll be spending quite a bit of time there. =p

Banned me from his server because I was apparently rude, and his excuse was to lie to the server and say that i was using a "Hacked Client" to lag the server, its , dont trust him, he lies.

Kovora is a new Creative based server for Creative people on Minecraft. It has been created to let people build in a fun, comfortable environment where likeminded people are moderating and own the server.
Every day, there are new servers jumping up here in PMC and MCF where some are "fly by night" by an individual who has a spare Game Server space and sets one up. Others are built purely with the objective to generate income and revenue streams by groups or clans. There are even some servers that are created by Hosting companies with all the Ram, Processor and Bandwidth requirements ever needed which can provide an excellent experience in terms of game play, but lack the true moderation and dedication of a team to build and maintain a community - as it's more about showing off their capability and servers. Occasionally, there are servers that are created with a mindset that the community comes first. To take a line from "Field of Dreams" (for those old enough to remember it!) - Build it, and they will come.
Well, we certainly hope you do and to see you there.
mc.Kovora.net definitely fits in to that last category. We are a group of 6 people (3 owners, 3 mods) who have played Minecraft for some time. We have all played the different mods as well as standard survival, and for some reason, we always come back to building things From large castles, to simple mud huts, to epic builds and time lapses.
To sum it up, we are fortunate enough to have a sponsor who wants to build a Minecraft community and has asked us to make it happen for him
So, enough of the wall of text, let's throw the information out there, with a couple of pictures, and get you guys onto the server!
1) Entry Spawn
This is the main point that you join the server. It's fairly simple, but leads you to either Creative or Survival Factions. Right now, Survival is closed as we have been concentrating on getting Creative up and running.
2) Creative Spawn
This is the main server spawn for Creative. Here, you enter into a large Mansion set inside a mountain, which will give you all the main information about Kovora, the worlds, a notice board and all that good stuff. Ultimately, it leads you down into a Dock area, which provides the teleport rooms for Plotme World, Member World & ultimately, the showcase world.
3) Plotme World
As you enter the Plotme World you are in another house, on top of a floating island giving you all the information you need to get you started, as well as a generic Q&A board for those who are new. It will also show you the blocks you do and do not have access to.
4) FreeBuild for Veterans
Freebuild is an area we are developing LIVE RIGHT NOW. This is an area for the people that join the server, who, create a great build in Plotme World, to work with larger, more open spaces. The admins will secure your area and this will allow you to build without grief, and give you the opportunity to move your build into the new Showcase world. This world is only available to players with Veteran Status or above.
5) Showcase World.
This is more "on the cards" right now. We were keen to get the server launched tonight on PMC and MCF so this is in development. We are also looking to include NEW MEMBERS builds in this arena and we are looking at ways we can include some kind of prize for the best builds. A lot more to follow in due course!
So, there it is. We've spent the last 2-3 weeks putting this together, and there are more worlds that we are developing. With the help of you, the community, we can expand these worlds and include you builds and showcase them to the whole MC community.

Well for all who care I'm gonna make a Mod that has an option to enter how many blocks think you eat your superflat World to be, will post when finished around monday
Yep, next update already has light values change.
Also rarity of ores and blocks is being overhauled.
And release will become more frequent after next week due to school being out.

Day/Night changers added and some Major bugs fixed.
