ohohooooooh yeah.... ooooooOOOHH YEAHH!!!! AWESOME! Too fanboy-ish right now to make a proper coment, so for now I'm just saying "great job, man"! Also, using a tiny amount of my brain wich isn't taken over by hype now, could the feature be toggled in the config? You rock!

It's inspired by the way he is shown, especially in the cartoons, going inside his cape and dodging. I call it cloak mode. Spider-Man will have a thing where you can have Spider-Sense automatically dodge for you. Yes, Batman will have his gadgets. More than before too.

I got it, Batman mastered more than a hundred martial arts, and can easily counter incoming foes in the comics and games... And as the player can't make the moves manualy, having a dodge mode makes perfect sense. Iove the idea. I think I also understand the reason the limbs go missing: my guess is that, since the suit covers all body, you'll make animated bending arms and legs, so it would look like he is actually using martial arts moves. And the gadgets are always fun, and I'm excited to see what you'll add in (shark repelents? Anyone?)!

Looking pretty good so far! Have you done all the textures for the alternate suits yet? I think making textures is a pretty good way to relax from the coding... I've got some algorithm class at college, and it can get pretty stressful after some time. Well, have a nice weekend, and thanks for the updates, they make the wait a lot more fun!

Cool! So Batman has a "defensive mode"! Will Spiderman get one too? I mean, with his spider-sense and super-agility, it would make perfect sense. Also, will batman still have his gadgets? Thanks!

WHOA.... Does that mean.... That you're actually working on the dungeons??? Or is it just to show her shrinking ability? Either way that is AWESOME!!!!!

I love the eyes and chest logo, the colors look beautiful and it looks way better than the first one... But the textures in the side of the head look a bit weird... Maybe because of the cubic nature of minecraft heads. Still amazing, anyways!

Well, it is hard to know a character when you stop reading comics for some time. I've got college and a few health issues, so reading new comics (and in Brazil comics are MONTHS outdated) gets very hard...

Hey Dark, Who is That blonde character between Zatanna and Vixen? Also, will the alternate suits have completely different skillsets or just a few tweaks/stat changes? Thanks!

Hey Dark! I'm not going to ask about the release date, but how percent is the mod "done"? I'll understand if you see it as "pressure" and don't answer, I'm just very hyped, and seeing your devlogs and commentaries always makes us happier! Thanks!

EDIT: Another question: Will you be revealing the characters weekly, or just as you finish them? Oh, also, since most of the comments are questions, here is a compliment: I LOVE the full suit textures. They look cool enough to be character icons or even playable characters in a hipothetical RPG *wink *wink...

    Speaking of that....

Have you ever thought on making a DC vs MARVEL rpg? Alone it might seem
crazy, but with a team it could be badass. Maybe a tier system, where
each tier represents the cost of the characters in the party. So, if the
party can only hold up to 10 character points, you would have to mix a
team of, for an example, Superman (5) Spiderman (4) and Dark Knight
Robin (1)... sorry about all that nonsense, I just had the idea and had
    to share it.

What? Jordon is sick? Nope. I'm sorry Jordan, you are not allowed to be sick, please un-sick and code a bit more. Jokes aside, I'm loving the way the mod is going, and I'm wondering how Batman will play in the 2.0 update... With gadget-like skills, or something like that. Anyway, thanks for the awesome mod, and I hope you feel a lot better soon!

Alwright Dark, my favourite modder, get ready for the gigatext!

Hello, I'ts me again. I've noticed you changed your mind a lot
lately. It's okay, it is normal to have different ideas and scrap them
later. Modders are artists, and every artist can be blocked sometimes.
But here is the thing: if you keep changing the course of the mod all
the time, the release may never come. No mean to be mean, I am not
demanding or ordering anything, I love this mod, and admire your
attention and care for community, that is why I am saying this. I think
you should take your time, and plan everything carefully. Then, when you
think the idea is good enough, tell us if you wish. I was looking
foreward to the "exploring/dungeon crawling/rpg-ish" gameplay. Sadly,
you scrapped it. Okay, your mod, your rules. Again, I'm not trying to
tell you how to make your mod, it's just a fan's opinion. If I had to
decide the where the mod goes, I'd go with the "exploring/dungeon
crawling/rpg-ish" approach. Dont worry though: there would be a twist. I
will give more details about this twist later. If you DONT like my
idea, try relaxin, playing videogames and grabbing some inspiration.
Then, when you have a good plan, well, I'm repeating myself.
    Okay,
    here's my idea: pre-gen dungeons with maze-like sub-structure interiors
(like in recurrent complex or chocolate quest). Custom enemies (thugs,
aliens, symbiotes, other tematic mobs and villains as bosses) savable
human hostages and fun loot. FUN LOOT. Not a bunch of horse armor, a
saddle, thaumic ingots and a red apple that should be rotten by the time
you find it. Blind bags. Skins. Enchanted items (not weapons, since the
mod would focus in unarmed combat). Maybe some unique consumables, to
temporarely boost you depending on the super-suit you are wearing? And
of course, npc villages. I hate minecraft's squidward-like humpfing
boring and lifeless villagers. Custom skinned citizens would be amazing,
but maybe some compatibility with MCA could make it even more
fantastic. I think vehicles would not be a good idea, since you can
grapple hook/fly/whaterversaidherodoes can be way more effective, but
maybe static vehicles that could "teleport" you to some coordinates
would be cool. Flying bat-wing (slowed down to maybe flash 1 speed?)
would also be a good idea for lazy players who can't get used to the
grappling hook. But here is the thing: It could get dull. The problem
with an infinite world is that after some time, it could get repetitive.
Even with the sub-structure higly customizable dungeon. I mean, I
really dont care about going over the nearly-same dungeon over and over
again (killing mobs/finding loot is fun) but I can understand why some
people could get bored. Get this: Why do super heroes exist? To save
people. The cities. Yes: after you settle down, random villains
(diablo-like shuffled both in textures and stats) would assault the
nearest city, or even your house. Then, if you saved them, you would
gain heroic exp (or whaterver you name the progression system) or some
mineral/treasure loot as reward. This may seam dull, but if the dungeons
and the cities/sieges (I'll get there) rewarded you with important
resources, it would be a great, and more fun alternative to mining, wich
is boring and repetitive. Although you may not need that diamond sword
anymore, tech and magic mods may require them.

    Okay, now the
Dimensions: Two words. Eye candy. Nothing lets me more dissapointed when
I grab all those crazy resources, mined for hours, and all I've got was
a plain rock planet (yes Micdoodle, I am looking at you). A pale-orange
rocked mars might be realistic, but one filled with blue grassed
biomes, glowstone-like mushroom-trees, colorfull huts, shiny fauna, vast
flora dense ice-trees, and alien villages is WAY better. Also, get
this: Minecraft is a game about building. In the end, you only fight
that creeper so it does not blow up your house, that wooden/stone
bricked/nethery interiored mansion that took ages to build. Even more
time you've spent fighting zombies, skellies an spiders just to grab a
decent amount of wood, and grab all that coal from a dark cave to smelt
all your stone bricks and glass blocks. So yes, make a LOT of craftable
furniture, beautifull blocks, all sorts of different chiseld alien rocks
and interdimensional glass, and maybe even entire aesthetic ores and
such (since you wont be using a sword). That being said, dimensions
should be three things: eye-candy, full of decorative possibilities, and
HABITABLE. Not only having unique dungeons there would be amazing,
building a house and living there for a while should not only be
possible, but also motivated. No blowing beds. Do the oposite, add
    pretty beds, instead.

Thank you for reading, and have a nice week! I hope you liked my idea, please tell me what you think!

You do realize that 99 other characters had already been chosen before that final vote, right? Also, just because you don't like certain characters doesn't mean they aren't great characters.

eeerrrm... no, I actually did not know that. I thought you'd release these in the 2.0 pre-release. Sorry if I sounded like a kid too, I just made back from a long trip, and I was exausted at that time. Note to self: dont sleep-type in minecraft fourms again. EVER. Seriously though, sorry man... hate to be a kid.

Putting that aside, I would also want to say that I actually like captain cold, and some other characters, it's just like I am a spidey/batman fan since I was 4. Seeing the way you treat the characters with such respect and patience, it made me grow giant expectations on the mod.
