posted a message on What would you do if you suddenly woke up being your opposite gender?

Something tells me I'd be rather happy... even though I like living in this society as a male, and to think I would have to do likewise as a female freaks me out.

In this case, it depends. If the Sonic OC is well done, I might consider it art if I like it. (and even if I don't it is still art, I'm unsure about the true definition of the word but I think that is it any manifestation, subjective or not, of thoughts, feelings, etc; in artistic mediums (paintings, texts, music, etc).

Ikr. There's also these Bolivian cops in Butch Cassidy. I know it's 19th century Bolivia but gdi two dozen of cops should be enough to at least hit once correctly.

Matt's morning proceeded as routinely, without the need of detailing. Upon doing all his daily activities he yawned one more time to awaken fully, then swapped to his default vesture and sheathed his kastane. This peculiar sword was typically Asian, influenced by western rapiers and alike swords; used by high ranking officers in the past, Matt found the sword after pillaging a ditch in the woods filled with several skeletons. The bodies were, possibly, discarded after some important battle occurred on the vicinities, unceremoniously. The precedence of the sword is disregardable, however; it belonged to the death, which is a synonym for it belongs to the first who loots it.

With his weapon sheathed (and biographed) he left his cubicle. While it was well lit, his eyes were caught off guard with the intensity of the sun. The foliage of the tall trees that dotted the streets didn't suffice to canopy this poor man's pupils. The further description of the city is skippable: all that must be known is it is ruined, sparsely populated, and silent. Silent enough that Matt heard, with ease, a commotion taking place quite a few steps south of his avenue. First, some murmurs - men speaking, followed by a sudden whistle and an unnatural breeze. 'Wow, what is going on' he thought. Matt headed in that direction.

As he turned a corner, he eyeballed some individuals: some girls, some men, and an inhumanly tall knight. His plated armor was gloriously kinky and designed, and Matt envied him most fervently. Nonetheless, his aura emanated authority - and he was rather bulky, pretty taller than Matt - engaging him in a fight would be suicidal. Instead, he preferred to simply follow them. As he got closer to the caravan, a bolt struck his mind and Matt realized there was a ceremony to accept Divined members taking place somewhere in the proximities; connected the dots, and realized they had involvement with it. The thoughts of fighting with the huge knight were amusing now; Matt, fighting against a Divined knight? How insolently naive.

Matt decided to introduce himself, only so the others could notice his presence. He couldn't care less for the group knowing his name and vice-versa, but he couldn't join the Divined without this basic knowledge. He got closer and closer to the gang, at one point a foreign sight would assume he made part of it due to the proximity. Just as he prepared to pronounce his prefatorial phrase, one electric man sparkled nearby and began chattering incessantly. 'Okay,' Matt muttered, 'let this guy speak then'.

Matt basically joined the excursion as a mysterious shadow who materialized among the walking people. His silence and abrupt appearance could cause discomfort or confusion to some, but he'd remain silent until he felt otherwise. But boy, that guy's armor is awesome. Maybe at one point it could be his, Matt dreamed. Maybe. When no-one's looking...

I get what you mean, but you can't call something "non-real" just because there are poor especimens. There are terrible, TERRIBLE artworks from the Baroque or Reinaissance as there are on DeviantArt (amusingly, both examples also have furries, similar to DArt).

IMHO, some of the worst fandom are of famous popstars. Their fans are blind followers who praise when they take a dump and spit hatred and anger on anyone that criticizes their idols.

I can't affirm precisely because I don't remember much from what I learnt but assuming you had ease to sing the whole fourth octave, there's chances you're a tenor. You can still be a baritone though; I made that affirmation out of supposition (easier to hit higher notes, more likely to be tenor, although this is no rule).

You are either a baritone or tenor, discard all other five from your list. (Bass needs way lower notes and countertenor higher ones).

It's spiteful how the main character, regardless of past interaction with firearms, can fire bullets magnificently, while men who have training/experience can't hit a bloody bullet (I'm looking at you, police! What kind of training did you have anyway?).

It's impossible. You would need to have access + manipulative authorization by Mojang, which simply won't happen.

posted a message on The Future of the Gaming Market?

The gaming industry is developing, simple as that. Many years ago, EA Games itself was an indie company, which implies that every large megacorporation must begin from somewhere. The last gen's indies are today's corporations (excluding some major which are still alive, such as Nintendo), and the cycle will continue.

    He once called Koreans 'Koreatics'.

I remember another dude that said artificial insemination was made through injecting babies in the vein. I don't know what was going on with his mind at the moment, but he was serious.

They took off ours because, well, I don't know the details, all I know is that I entered the bathroom once and it was shattered; pointy shards covered in blood. Needless to say, that caused some panic.

    True story.

posted a message on A Hypothetical Moral Senario

Let's make something clear right off the bat... the correct spelling is scenario. Sorry, but once you're a grammar nazi, you're forever a grammar nazi.

The answer is simple: I have affection and an emotional link to the second person while the first is one individual among many whom I am indifferent. Speaking straightforwardly, I care more for my beloved one than the guy, so there are no reasons I should care for him/his family. That's the truth spoken in blunt words.

$1000 for the CPU is overpriced, which is how much it costs here in Brazil.

Yet that's not overpriced even by foreigners' standards. It might be slightly above regular pricing (which is still CHEAP), but definitively not overpriced. What is the price that you deem acceptable, just for the record?
