To anyone wondering or still confused: the Vita version IS NOT like the PE. Apart from a few bugs, it is pretty much EXACTLY like the console versions.

I have endermen spawning in both worlds. It's just a very rare occurrence. I believe I read somewhere that endermen don't spawn as much on the PS3 version compared to the PC version.
Oh, but btw, I watched your video and it has helped me a lot I made a house (pretty much the exact same one in your video) to house the villagers in and I was able to get two zombie villagers to convert to villagers and I lead them in. You make pretty good videos. You've got a new sub
No village is not unheard of... you can always make one. Maybe it's something in your world file? Do you have other worlds? If so, do you have the same results?
I do have one other world that is in creative mode and it does have a village.
My world didn't spawn a village for some strange reason. I can go hours looking for a single endemen, so I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or something else is happening.
I read somewhere that in the Playstation 3 edition of Minecraft Endermen don't spawn nearly as much as on the PC version. This is a hassle for me since I am trying to find and kill them for their ender pearls (for the ender gate). Can anyone help me with finding them?

I am also experiencing these bugs. I'm also experiencing slight (very slight) lag every now and then. Other than these problems, I am loving the port.
