I'm having a hard time unlocking eldritch stuff, I got my warp to maximum by eating zombie brains but so far I haven't got any new unlocks, do I need to keep waiting for a random warp event to happen or is my thaumonomicon bugged?
I love your mod, but I'm having trouble getting it to work in 1.8.9. It worked fine in 1.7.10 but now I'm getting a crash in 1.8.9.
I tried removing all other mods and updating forge to the latest release but I'm still getting a crash.
Any help would be appreciated.

Regarding fastcraft, it just adds in some of the 1.8 speed optimizations into 1.7. No change to gameplay, but less lag.
I don't even know the mod, but just as with optifine, I don't like these "lag reducing", "better rendering", "speed optimization" closed source mods because I can never know what they are actually doing and they always seem to reduce compatibility with other mods, that without even saying that mod makers never support them. It just seems like a natural thing for a mod like that to be open source for better compatibility but that never happens.

The log clearly states it, you have a duplicate enchantment ID, likely from the mod that has errored :"customnpcs{1.7.2-2} [CustomNpcs] (CustomNPCs_1.7.2.jar) Unloaded->Constructed->Errored", it's kind of like duplicate item ids before 1.7, you'll have to look for a config file for customnpcs in the .minecraft/config directory and change the enchantment ids to something else, something around 200 almost always works for me. There is probably more than one conflicting enchantment, as it seems like the mod won't even load properly with duplicate enchants, therefore the log doesn't say which enchant is the one causing the problem, you'll just have to repeat the process of changing the ids until it works.

I'm having a hard time unlocking eldritch stuff, I got my warp to maximum by eating zombie brains but so far I haven't got any new unlocks, do I need to keep waiting for a random warp event to happen or is my thaumonomicon bugged?

I love your mod, but I'm having trouble getting it to work in 1.8.9. It worked fine in 1.7.10 but now I'm getting a crash in 1.8.9.
I tried removing all other mods and updating forge to the latest release but I'm still getting a crash.

I don't even know the mod, but just as with optifine, I don't like these "lag reducing", "better rendering", "speed optimization" closed source mods because I can never know what they are actually doing and they always seem to reduce compatibility with other mods, that without even saying that mod makers never support them. It just seems like a natural thing for a mod like that to be open source for better compatibility but that never happens.
It's okay nevermind, it's my bad for not using quotes :P.

The log clearly states it, you have a duplicate enchantment ID, likely from the mod that has errored :"customnpcs{1.7.2-2} [CustomNpcs] (CustomNPCs_1.7.2.jar) Unloaded->Constructed->Errored", it's kind of like duplicate item ids before 1.7, you'll have to look for a config file for customnpcs in the .minecraft/config directory and change the enchantment ids to something else, something around 200 almost always works for me. There is probably more than one conflicting enchantment, as it seems like the mod won't even load properly with duplicate enchants, therefore the log doesn't say which enchant is the one causing the problem, you'll just have to repeat the process of changing the ids until it works.
