Character Name: Merrin William Greenleaf
Character Race: Human
Character biography - Make this at least 2 paragraphs long, which must explain your character’s history, appearance, personality, age and any other details you deem necessary: Merrin William Greenleaf is a 12 year old boy living in the capital of the Oren Empire, otherwise known as Arethor. He has brown eyes, brown hair, and he usually parts his hair to the left. He is the younger brother of Robert Greenleaf, and son of Melissa Greenleaf, and Jonathan Greenleaf. He lives as a slightly richer child, due to his father’s books and his mother’s quilts and vegetables.
Merrin isn’t a very social child. He stays in the library, while his brother goes out with friends. He loved the library, for it has so much knowledgeable things to learn about. He is a fast reader; however he is a slow learner. He likes reading about the lore, and remembers only certain points and events. In fact, he has only read about soul stones and the Wandering Wizard, and to this day is still reading history. Robert goes to the library to check on Merrin every now and then, hoping to bring him out to have some fun.
What are your characters ambitions?: Merrin would like to be, either a librarian, a scholar, an author, or a scribe.

Upon entering the Mighty Human City of Arethor, you come across a shop-keeper calling out to sell his wares to passers-by. The shopkeeper is not a Human, he is a poor dwarf looking to make a living in a new city. What is your response? Merrin walks up to the man. “What are you selling my good sir?” He asks. The dwarf shows Merrin his wears, and Merrin sees a little trinket he actually likes. “How much does this cost? It looks lovely.” The dwarf replies, “Two Minas.” Merrin hands the dwarf the money, and the dwarf thanks him, grateful to have a polite customer such as him.
You’re wandering the Oren Road late at night, when a large Orc begins to threaten a nearby dwarf. There is no help nearby, and the situation looks like it will escalate into violence soon, what does your character do? Merrin sneaks behind the Orc, and winks at the dwarf. The dwarf nods slightly, just enough for the Orc not to notice. Suddenly, Merrin picks up a rock and hits the Orc in the side of the head. The dwarf thanks Merrin kindly, and offers him some money for his troubles, but Merrin doesn’t take it, and says “You would have done the same for me I guess”, and grins. The dwarf then replies, “Uh… no”. Merrin and the dwarf then walk down the road laughing.
Whilst walking down the road to Malinor, you stumble upon an old man. His walking stick , looks weak and frail, and just as you are about to ask something, the stick breaks, and the man falls to the ground. As he falls down, a bag of Minas falls to the ground, and splits open. As you watch the multiple coins spill out, you peer down at the defenseless man. What does your character do?: Merrin immediately helps the man to his feet, letting him lean on him, and sits him down by a tree. He then goes and gathers up all the Minas and drops them back in the bag. “Thank you young man.” The man says, and struggles to his feet. Merrin tells him to stay seated, and finds a nice sturdy stick for him. He hands it to the man, and he stands and tests the stick. “Well, it isn’t what you call a cane”, he chuckled, “but it’ll do nicely”. Merrin offers to walk with the man to his destination but the man is fine on his own. As the man walks away, Merrin feels something inside his pocket. He peers inside, only to find, the man gave you some Minas!
Hello all. Sorry there was a stop in the story. I had to go watch Warhorse with my family that night. Sad little story. But now I'm awake and fit and ready for more typing.
UPDATE ON THE STORY: Lovelandmonkey, the pirate apprentice, has just seen his master die, hearing his last words to go find the letter on his desk. He is know fighting alongside the crew to defeat the giant ship.
Chapter 3 starts now
The Pirates see that the pirate captain was stalling the General ans his men, so the Pirates start to load the cannons on the lower deck to surprise the men. They get all the cannons ready, and fire. This was a dramatic affect on the ship as the pirate ship's cannons blast in unison, shooting large gaps in the ships hull (Yay big words!). The Navy men run around frantically to find where these cannons came from, then realised the pirate ship did not burst into flames when the captain was killed. They all started loading the cannons, then realised it would be no use. They were already sinking. The pirates charged onto the ship, finding any treasure they could and stabbing at any soldier they saw. The General was not found, (However I didn't say he was NEVER found. remember this message) but lots of men were taken prisoner. Lovelandmonkey after the battle went into the captains's quarters, to seek the letter. He ound a letter on the desk, but not for him. He realised it was a to do list.
To Do List:
1. Kill myself in any way
2. Keep letter on desk
3. Find EnderIsland.
Lovelandmonkey suddenly realised Pirate Captain had the letter on him (Thank you Clash. I'm actually using that) so how was he going to know what the letter said? He decided to dive down. He jumped in as the pirates watched him, knowing he was mad to do this, but he did it anyways because he's boss :3. He sank down the the bottom and found the Pirate Captain's body, and took it up to the surface. He got to the ship just in time to keep concious, and threw Pirate Captain on board. He then took the letter from the bag Pirate Captain wore, and read it aloud.
January 10, 1835 Dear Lovelandmonkey,
If you are reading this, I have remebered to put this note on my desk and you didn't dive into the ocean or my bag to find it. I know this is only 4 months after I found you, but I know you can lead my pirate crew to greateness. I'm getting old and I need someone to take my place, and that's you. Yes, will you, take my place as Lovelandmonkey, Terror of the 7 seas? This is a very difficult task, and I hope you don't quit, but just accomplish my dieing wish for me. I have always wanted to find EnderIsland for the Treasure it holds and the beautiful landscape, but I can't now. You must do this for me. Please? Oh by the way take care of Whitey for me!

However because the characters in the story are so ignorant, and because the author is being a troll, nobody bothered to ask his name. But it's pretty simple. You know who he is already. You just forgot. It's also about to show up right now!

Suddenly, a large BANG comes from outside the ship, and people are running around frantically on deck. Pirate Captain (Carl. Heh. that's hilarious) and Lovelandmonkey head to the top of the ship to see what's happening. A Giant Ship apears! Sea Monster I choose you! Sea monster gets pwned. He dies. (Notice how I am trying to make this funnier now than the other one).
Pirate Captain: Oh no! The General's ship! He's going to blast us to Davy Jones's locker!
Lovelandmonkey: Ok I think we're trying to hard to be funny.
Pirate Captain: I must protect my ship!
Pirate Captain jumps from the ship, amazingly grabbing onto the General's ship, and takes out his sword. His efforts prove futile as the General in full armor apears on deck, shooting Pirate Captain off the ship. As he falls, he yells to Lovelandmonkey " Lovelandmonkey, after the battle check my desk for a letter addressed to you!" And then he falls, into the Ocean, as the pirates load the cannons and shoot the General's Ship, and he gently floats down to the bottom, already dead halfway down.
I know it's beggining to be a little childish but I'm getting a bit more serious from now on. a BIT more.

Ok, here we go with the story. I guess It's gonna be Creeper's Island or whatever it is. Ah well. Hm... ooh! I know! The Treasure of EnderIsland. Sounds good eh? Ok here we go with the story. *Gets out Jaffa cakes* *passes around*.
Once upon a time... In the land of Minecraftia... A hero was born. Well not so much a hero, more of a pirate. But that pirate became a hero, or something like that. He's sort of like the kind of guy who would be evil and heroic. I don't know it's like Vegeta from Dragon Ball. But anyways, as this boy grew up, he was told by his parents to join the navy, who were curently out fighting pirates. The boy thought that was cool, and decided to join the navy. However, one night the pirates secretly attacked his ship without the lookout spotting them in time. The pirates climbed aboard slashing and tearing into the sails, as well as the crew themselves. The boy heard the pirates upstairs before the others did because he was nervous and couldn't sleep. He hid under his bed and the pirates came in, attacking all the crew members who were waking up and grabbing weapons. The pirates finally left the boat, taking any survivers captive. The boy climbed out from under the bed, and went to the deck. Little did he know that a scout was sent behind incase there were any others. The scout saw the boy was young, and took him to the captain to see what they should do.
Pirate Captain: "Hmm... you look healthy, you have your sea legs, and I see you fancy treasure.
Boy: *Puts golden statue back on shelf* Oh... this is your statue?
Pirate Captain: Look here son. I see you are very young. Heck I don't know why they let you join the navy when you were 12. Who are those generals anyways? Creepers? Eh, anyways that to the side, How'd you like to be my apprentice?
Boy: What if I don't want to?
Pirate Captain: Well, Whitey's been hungry for a while...
Boy: Whitey?
Pirate Captain: My pet shark. Catch my drift?
Boy: Woah! You have a shark? I'd love to be your apprentice!
Pirate Captain: Huh. Not my usual reply but ok then. We'll start tommorow. You can start by swabbing the deck every morning, then dividing out the treasure to the crew every evening. Do this well, and you'll get some coin. Now, off you go. It's time for my annual bath in my loot- I mean... important documents to be signed for uh... the Queen of Minecraftia.

The boy heard the pirates upstairs before the others did because he was nervous and couldn't sleep. He hid under his bed and the pirates came in, attacking all the crew members who were waking up and grabbing weapons. The pirates finally left the boat, taking any survivers captive. The boy climbed out from under the bed, and went to the deck. Little did he know that a scout was sent behind incase there were any others. The scout saw the boy was young, and took him to the captain to see what they should do.
Pirate Captain: "Hmm... you look healthy, you have your sea legs, and I see you fancy treasure.
Boy: *Puts golden statue back on shelf* Oh... this is your statue?
Pirate Captain: Look here son. I see you are very young. Heck I don't know why they let you join the navy when you were 12. Who are those generals anyways? Creepers? Eh, anyways that to the side, How'd you like to be my apprentice?
Boy: What if I don't want to?
Pirate Captain: Well, Whitey's been hungry for a while...
Boy: Whitey?
Pirate Captain: My pet shark. Catch my drift?
Boy: Woah! You have a shark? I'd love to be your apprentice!
Pirate Captain: Huh. Not my usual reply but ok then. We'll start tommorow. You can start by swabbing the deck every morning, then dividing out the treasure to the crew every evening. Do this well, and you'll get some coin. Now, off you go. It's time for my annual bath in my loot- I mean... important documents to be signed for uh... the Queen of Minecraftia.
Boy: Umm... there's no Queen of Minecraftia.
Pirate Captain: BEGONE CHILD!
