How long does is usually take for planetminecraft to respond to stolen texture packs? Just wondering.

Someone had stolen my texture pack on there. It took them about a day, maybe less.

    You are? :ohmy.gif:

EDIT: Holy ****, I just noticed it's a new block.

Wow! I'll definitely be checking up on this one! The ores, dirt, side-grass, stone, cobblestone and planks are terrific. My only problem is that the doors seem to be way too close to a certain other RPG-style pack's doors and the obsidian doesn't tile all that well (as in, it's very easy to see where the texture starts and ends). Besides that, though... Wow.

    moar vector art!

THAT FACE. I swear it's as if she's peering into my soul. O_O Make the face look more natural and relaxed, maybe work on the breasts a tad bit too (as has already been mentioned), and you should be A-okay! :tongue.gif:

    New slimeball animation!

Dude! What is that? Like, what image file? It's awesome.

EDIT: Derp. It's an animated slimeball from the image file, isn't it...? >_> It's still pretty awesomelicious, though.

Hey guys, just out of curiosity, how many of you here watch my videos on Youtube? I know a few do, but I'm wondering how many in total for the Union.

I wasn't even aware that you had an account! I'll definitely check it out later. :wink.gif:

    ... You do reviews, eh?

It's like pixel art in the sense that it does't look exactly like a photo, it's stylized.

    :Sheep: Hai I'm a sheep!

    http://www.pixeljoint.com/pixelart/12082.htm and http://www.pixeljoint.com/pixelart/61838.htm

Pixel art is just like any other art medium (such as oil painting or pen and paper). You can give it any style you want, but it'll look different to if you used a different medium. Pixel art can look very realistic if you want it to.

The "flateness" is the style I'm aiming for. Think of it as pixel art.

Grrr. Pixel art isn't flat. >_<

    I fixed vector-woman's boobs!
I would really like some feedback, but please keep things civilized :smile.gif: .

The breasts still don't seem right to me. It almost looks as if they're going inward. Try doing something in the skin part, not just the shirt part. The straps from her overalls also kind of look like they're part of the shirt in the breast area.

I dunno. I'm just not a fan of it (and it has nothing to do with the size O_o).

Okay, so now it's somewhat "done".

    Thoughts?

I'm actually really liking where you're goin' with the pack. I think I remember checking the thread out a while ago. Isn't it somewhat Tim Burton-ish? That's so awesome.

Just start actually texturing it. I'm sure you'll find a way to disguise it while you're at it. :tongue.gif:

Edit: And I also decode you spelled time wrong :tongue.gif:

I also spelled it that way in my poll. *Gasps* What is this madness?! :ohmy.gif:

    And be prepared for some very non-squidward-esque villagers. >:}

I have something very, very terrible to say, and I'm sure I'm going to get a lot of flak for it. But...

16x is much easier than 32x and above.

... And so, it is. What of it?

Hey, I got a little question about the TAU. I noticed on the first post there's a link to a Tiny chat page, but nobody ever seems to be on there when I go there. There a place we all go to chat while we do our texture work to just, I dunno, shoot the breeze? Or has that been defunct for a while? :tongue.gif:

I think it'd be interesting to start little group chat sessions with fellow texture artists while we work. Sometimes I keep odd hours while I work on my pack, and a little extra internet social interaction wouldn't be unwelcome. Heh.

I believe there's a Skype chat. I myself don't use it, since I'm paranoid and whatnot, but others do and from what I can see, it's relatively popular.
