Seems pretty thin on features/fixes, my guess would be it's nearly ready to go live.
And bukkit was close to getting a solid 1.0.0 out...

Think it would be a matter of what they would like to have and what access the admin would like to grant them. If what they want includes a database then it may be good to pursue setting one up. As it stands the best method would be to have someone else do it for you unless you want to spend a fair amount of time learning about these things. Otherwise giving a trusted user root access, or access to certain things, may be the best way to proceed.

And if you have many users with much data use a separate mysql server would be good. Not sure how much of an improvement this would be for a minecraft server so probably overkill.

A. A potential recipe to craft the Block Grinder. It would have the same interface as the furnace. Place a block in the top slot and fuel in the bottom.
B. Craft sand and water in to 2 clay (and the empty bucket).
C. Craft sand and a stick to create dirt.
D. Block Grinder recipe, converts granite to gravel.
E. Block Grinder recipe, converts gravel to sand.
If nobody does these I'll eventually come back to it when it is possible to work on them.

That way up could be a good entrance to make something down there. Oh and you guys should really use two way boosters :tongue.gif:

So the process would be something like:
Generate world.
Grab data, run statistics.
Find out surrounding area to classify a category.
Or if it's possible generate a larger starting area. But do the pregenerating world applications differ from how the game works?
Weird, reposting this as it seems it got eaten by forum gremlins.

Or what did you use to obtain the stats? Could do a bunch of test runs to find some averages using a few computers to generate levels and check data.
Wonder if the servers generate levels the same way that single player does. Someone could make a few single player levels to do some comparisons.

Only done that one mod edit, took a bit of time due to digging around. Not being able to test the stuff is harder (hasn't stopped me before :tongue.gif:).
If you have a clear direction on what you want done give me a shout.
For those upping their post counts, what have you contributed back to the community?

In context that he would approve and/or knows the poster.
And other smilies overuse. Like giving someone a diamond.
A giant persistent server where people can pay up would be nifty. More interesting would be to have a forum store where these items can be obtained for fake currency then transferred over to a forum minecraft server.

Looks like some people are specializing in pokemon so they'd probably be better as they may do an entire set.
@cybernaut ,
Edit, oops wrong person.
