posted a message on [SMP] [Nether Enough Server] [Hermitcraft-Like] [Mature] [Whitelisted] [Pure Vanilla 1.15.2] [Datapacks] [Launching Saturday!]

    First Name: Stephen[/b]

Age (Ideally 16+ but maturity is considered): 27[/b]

Why Do You Want To Join The Server?: Its been a while since I've joined a good minecraft server, getting back into the game after taking a break for a while. I find it hard to stay inspired in single player minecraft, because I really crave working together with a group of people to accomplish long-term goals through cooperative survival.[/b]

What Is Something You Are Good At In Minecraft (eg: Building, Redstone, etc): I've been playing the game since Alpha, and honestly know pretty much everything about the game (besides the most recent updates), but I've always loved building and experimenting with redstone. [/b]

My god. Is everyone on this forum ****ing five years old?

People, grow the hell up. PLENTY of developers, GREAT developers give "shady" release dates, look at the ****ing release dates for half of Minecrafts updates, not the map, the actual game, Notch and Jeb give shady release dates.

Do you want the map to be good or not? Stop your bitching before the author cancelled Paladins Quest altogether and leaves you without a map. If I was the mapmaker, I wouldn't want to make a game that would only be appreciated by ignorant and impatient assholes like the people on this thread.

Don't bite the hand that feeds you guys, especially when you are so hungry you need to beg.

posted a message on D3matt's Technic Pack/Tekkit Server
Now I have a question based on a circumstance:

Last night, I was the only one online (well, skag was online, but she lives with me), and I needed feathers. I live far away and couldn't find any chickens, so I went to DeathLords house (that i used to own), and stole a feather from a chest. Then I used the transmutation tablet to transmute more of them (using my materials as EMC) and put the stolen feather back.

I just want to see if this is okay or not, normally I'd ask, but he was offline.

I heard a rumour once that spawn was going to be moved from its current location. Maybe for the sake of that house, that would be a good idea. Spawn is really ugly right now anyway, I think Quarrying it is the only option.

This is so wonderful. Literally, the language being used in this topic is identical to that of a group of religious zealots (Notchists) arguing with an offshoot of their own faith (Yogscastians).

posted a message on "roses are red" jokes
These are hilarious. However, I grew up with the first one being:

    Roses are Red
    Violets are Blue
    I've got a gun
    Get in the van.

    I'm also a fan of

    Roses are Red
    Violets are Blue
    I'm Schizophrenic
    And so am I.

posted a message on What do you think of the ending?
I would just like to point out that the ending of Minecraft does not say Minecraft is all a dream.
The ending of Minecraft is a beautiful allegory, your character has ascended to a higher plane of existence by being able to defeat the enderdragon, and in the return, finds himself in an alternate reality in which he is able to read the thoughts of the cosmos.

Minecraft is not a dream, life itself is a dream. The end speaks of the universe as one giant dream, that mankind divulges themselves into with various exploits. Minecraft is but one of these illusions, a way to escape from reality, if reality is even real.

It is a beautiful way to state that the character, and the player, are simply living within one plane of existence, and it is now time for us all to ascend to a higher plane to become one with the cosmos.

posted a message on This was the exact change endermen needed
    Quote from LLToon

I'd like to see the dumbasses that supported the Enderman's broken block lifting abilities in 1.8 say something about this now.

Oh wait, they are keeping quiet because this update is what we've been asking for and they feel like retards because despite the block lifting nerf, the Enderman has actually been improved to be deadlier. They dodge arrows, never die in sunlight, takes at least 4 hits of the diamond sword to die and teleports instantly out of water.

Please, come and post here so that I can tell you that I TOLD YOU SO.

I've always supported the Endermen and their block carrying ability. However, I fully support them not taking player placed blocks. I think the creepy trees you see around the world are interesting, frightening that "an enderman was here" and if you think they are ugly, chop it down. The block moving gives them character. I fully support this update and their enderman fix however.
