Just make the explosive shooting skeletons spawn uncommon on Normal (like 15%), higher on Hard difficulty. The skeletons should have quivers too with the arrows visible, if we are behind them we can see what are they gonna shoot at us . It's kinda weird seeing skeletons shooting unlimited arrows, make the quiver drop at 5% if that's okay.
(A.) Don't make the enchantments go away when the bow is un-stringed. Make it downgrade one or two levels, using a percentage rate. (B) Or remove or downgrade the enchantments based on the level of enchantments on the bow. The higher the level is the higher it gets removed and a lower chance to get downgraded.
Infinity enchantment, as the name says makes bows shoot unlimited arrows, don't make it at 25% make it like 40%, because shooting arrows at a 25% chance of not consuming an arrow, seems noticeable, while making the percentage higher doesn't seem noticeable.

I finally got the mod, by patching a fresh minecraft and updating forge to 7.8.0.710
(I was using recommended by the time I posted here, didn't notice well XD)
Anyway.....
It said on the mod that Skeletons spawn with fire, weakness or potion arrows
BUT!
Sometimes they spawn with impact explosives that they fire at a very fast rate if I'm getting too close, then could destroy my land or kill me or destroy the environment easily, please reduce the spawn rate of the exploding arrows skeleton.
