When talking about FPS, you need to look at the graphics of the computer. The one you linked to uses the Intel graphics in the CPU. This is not recommended for gaming. Especially since you want 100+ FPS out of it. If the CPU (which is only a dual core at 2.64 GHz) is doing both, it is not at all good for what you want. The computer you posted is more aimed for work related tasks.
Some questions that come to mind are:
- What is your current computer's specs?
- Do you use resource/texture packs?
- Are you using shaders?
