Firstly its all I know because I am a Guard on another server and would like to continue that here. I believe myself to be a fair guard and would continue this practice when guarding on your server. I am very active in any server I play on so I wont have any problem with activity. I am friendly and helpful to all people on the server. I am now familiar with the commands on your server and have read all the rules. I am good at pvp and this I am sure will help me in my job.

While mining in the netherbrick mine, my brother always goes mushroom blocks to gain the mushrooms and sell them. He also told me his mining isn't suspicious, since he mines like the rest of the frees, 1x(how ever long the netherbrick mine is), except he goes for mushroom blocks. When he got banned he came straight to my room and claimed he was banned. I checked his computer, no nodus. I can't do anything really to prove his innocence, but he just says that he will fairly trade in any suspicious diamonds he earned from the mine or even go back to D if possible. He also said that froot or any alpha should ask him to take screenshots since he is bad in communication, concerning his age. Any additional information:

Any additional information: i was mining in the pumpkin mine at omega. i waited until the whole mine reseted so that i would get blocks of gold diamond iron and lapis (or emeralds) when the entire mine reset, benjamin so happened to be there and as i would usually do, i went in the middle of the whole mine and started mining. lucky for me i found 2 diamond blocks right next to each other. what i would do is go to middle of the whole mine and branch mine which was my plan. when i just started mining as i said earlier, i found 2 diamond blocks next to each other and when i mined it out, ben atuomatically baned me thinking i xrayed it.

I was sorry to hear of this ban and still dont support it. I have mined and played with this person multiple times and never saw even the slightest sign of hacks or mods. I know finding two D blocks next to eachother is a rare thing to happen but it does happen cause it has happened to me before in pumpkin mine. No offence but this player didnt even know how to post on the forums untill wolfsrecon helped him so I think the possibility of him downloading xray is slim to none based on what I have seen of him. This person is free so the possibilty of him having xray is also lower because from what we have all seen free's are normally very loyal to this server and wouldnt do anything to risk losing alll they have worked for. This person is also well known by others and they can attest to his character and lack of computer skills aswell. Ben I know that you banned this player and hold no grudges or am I mad at you all I am saying is maybe you made a mistake.
