I just finished writing the lyrics for a song I'm composing, but now that I'm writing the instrumentals, I'm stuck. . . . The pieces won't fit together! I've got a pretty cool cello riff, but I can't make a guitar part that matches the song. My brother is amazing at drums, so he can figure out all that stuff, but I just can't make everything match.
I'm kinda embarrassed about my voice (I have a bit of a lisp, and while my singing isn't horrible it's not the best) so I might not share it with many people. But I'll PM the lyrics to you right now
I'm not a prodigy, I've just played music for a lot of my life. And cello is the only thing I'm good at: I totally sucked at the piano. I was learning how to play "Fur Elise" when I was 9-ish, but I hit my wall with that piece. I haven't really played much piano since then, but I do fiddle around with the electric piano in my room when I get bored. Cello is my only instrument right now, other than my voice
Awww, Orchestra is awesome. I know a little bit of guitar, and I want to learn bass guitar, but I don't have the time. Practicing cello, school, and lots of homework keep me a lot busier than I would like to be.
