The whole process seemed to have gone off without a hitch. Cody looked down at his new suit. He didn't like this, but he had gone too far. Mentally, Cody started preparing himself for the mission. He was about to be surrounded by one of the most deadly parasites in the known universe.
Henry looked at Myrrdin. "B-but..." He looks torn. Thankfully, he didn't have time to say that he was staying. Zac picked him up, and then, like a football player, took him under his arm and went into the tunnel. Henry shouted with cupped hands behind him, "But for the record I could have taken that Mecha on!"
Surprisingly, Sir Ithmagpe encountered NO bandit activities as he traveled the countryside. Of course, he WAS chased out of a camp for laughing at the leader's wife. Besides that though, he had a HIGH amount of good fortune and was aware of it, though he didn't want to push it. So he was on the constant lookout for any type of suspicious activity, just so that he could hide from it before it reached him. The leaves were beautiful this time of year, though Sir Ithmagpe had no idea. He was basically riding through a painting, it seemed that NOTHING could go wrong! Wait- No! Guh, why did he think that! It's always bad luck! Blast.
Henry stared up at the giant Mecha, afraid. Finally, he thought of something to say. He turned to Myrrdin, "Yours isn't as cool anymore." Perhaps a bit dumb, but it was the only thing he could think of at the time. Zac however, did what robots did best. He coolly analyzed the situation and acted faster than most normal species. He took Henry's head and drove it into the ground, pushing him flat before he was hurt or said something more stupid. Then, he turned towards where the voice came from. He quickly moved upwards a few degrees, with only his head and arm peeking out of the shelter, and his arm suddenly lost it's hand. Now, with a small machine gun, he fired a small shower of blind but calculated shots towards the voice. He was still formulating a plan to deal with the Mecha.
Henry had never seen a dwarf before. So, he was a bit weirded out when Wantdew just ran up to them. He glanced at the Half-dragon. "... Is this the thing that you don't want me involved in? Cause... He doesn't seem very deadly."
Henry sighed. "You'd have to take it up with him." He looked at Zac, whose eyes were firmly placed on Myrrdin, who was staring at Henry, who had just looked at Zac. Starefest, much? Henry smiled at the though, and said, "And it doesn't look like he enjoys you insulting his abilities. Though I guess I'd be mad as well."
I just realized, if this RP ever got started, people would be able to godmode so much that they'd never need to Metagame! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
What a world, what a world!
Run Marty! They've found me!
I'm going to Hell in a handbasket!
This is madness! Blasphemy!
Perseus... Don't become like them!
Rose...bud....
I need more movie death lines!
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
Henry looked at him, a bit bored. "Hey, I can handle more than you think!" He crossed his arms. "So, if the lecture is over, I'm just going to go over theereee..." He took a few tentative steps while walking slightly to the left, his gaze still on Myrrdin.
Henry looked a bit crossly at Myrrdin before saying, "Honestly, I'm not stupid. I know this isn't a playground." He looked around. "But why would I want to leave? There's SO much stuff here! And it's really not that unlike my own place." He rolled his neck around. "And for the record, Zac does a FINE job, thank you very much." He looked around, thinking <Now to properly look around this place...>
Cody shrugged, he thought it was a bit simpler when they were just trying to kill Metroids. However, now, he couldn't deny their usefulness, and the fact that they were so interesting. Indeed, he actually looked forward to some encounters with the Metriods, though not TOO much.
Cody hated the first few moments after getting out of a spacecraft. The uncertainty of what would happen next, the nervousness about the mission. He took a deep breath, getting ready for entry into Metron's atmosphere, and the exit that would happen next. Nervously, he spread his hands on his lap, trying not to seem too anticipatory.
... WHY! Every time! EVERY SINGLE TIME! Whenever I get a death ray, someone just HAS to come along and complement something of mine! I.. JUST WANT TO KILL PEOPLE! Is that a crime? ... Oh my gosh. I actually typed "Is that a crime" about killing people, while thinking for a few seconds that it wasn't. I am disturbed.
((Oh dear. I have appeared to overloaded YOUR BRAIN. I knew a satire-based RP wasn't a good idea. Well, it seems I'm going to have to kill you know Mr. Bond, though not after my monolouge. Oh, and don't even think of jumping out that window that I'm completely unaware of even though you have been staring at it obviously for the past few minutes.))
