what would this constructor look like?

OK this is really bugging me. Could someone please tell my why this is giving me an error?
I am getting the error at "(new BlockFrozenTNT(210, false))
It says "The constructor BlockFrozenTNT(int, boolean) is undefined"
I made a BlockFrozenTNT file and all other necessary files. I don't understand why this doesn't work!

it doesn't listen to gravity when it is ignited, kinda use full.

Thank you so much for this info. i was too lazy to find out. but i like your idea for the ice shoots. But i don't know what it would leave where it lands. Like the fire charge leaves fire. Would this leave snow or ice or something else?

Yeah i didn't do very well at showing how to make it. it was below the picture of ice chunks. it is from glass bottles. I'm going to make it bigger.

awesome, but you forgot the main one, glass bottles into icechunks. then icechunks into ice blocks

IDK just because

1 ice block freezes 3 items.
1 ice dust freezes 10 items.
1 ice rod freezes 31 items.
Installing:
1) Open up %appdata%, if you don't know how to do this, start>run, then type in %appdata%
2) Browse to .minecraft/bin
3) Open up minecraft.jar with WinRAR or 7zip.
4) Delete the META-INF folder in the jar.
5) Drag in all the contents of the .rar into your minecraft.jar
6) Run Minecraft, enjoy!

The only thing the maker of this video forgot was how to make ice chunks.First you freeze water bottles. Then you put the ice chunks in a 2x2 shape in the crafting grid.
