Cauldron / Forge isn't supported in the main build right now, due to using a different protocol, but there's some experimental code for it in the development builds. It normally displays the chat, but if the forge handshake isn't completed, it can't (which is likely what is happening).
It's strange that it's succeeding in connecting in the first place, though - normally it would kick the player.
Do you have the name, email, and password? Here's the sample accounts file - make sure that it looks like that. (You want the first example; the second one is an offline-mode login)

I haven't worked with the proxies system before, but on most servers with a hub you can use "/server" to change servers as well. Note that server names are case-sensitive. I know someone's messed about with inventories before, though I can't find where.

Whenever I try to do /connect (IP) (Account) I keep getting an error message saying "MCC: Unknown account '(accountname)'"
I might be missing something, I did edit the account file and add in Login and password, I still get the same message, what am I exactly missing here?

Oh and I forgot, you can make it optional in settings, so for anyone who does not like it, can simply turn it off in the settings

I am not sure if this is there already, but here is my idea.
Have it when you hold a stackable items, it tells you the total items in your inventory, not the number in your hand, for example :
I have 2 stacks of cobble, one in my inventory, one in my hotbar, I hold the one in my hot bar, it says that I have 128 cobble, not 64.
