Call me a canon nazi but I find it silly everyone starts as a vault dweller. There are virtually no humans leaving their vaults in Fallout canon. I play at LiF Serious Fallout Roleplay on Garry's Mod.

This roleplay takes place in Virginia, Richmond.
This is version 2.0 of the roleplay.
Notes
We need a combat system. I have one in mind, but, any suggestions?
We need landscape and building ideas.
We need trustful admins.
We need help building the wasteland.

The Wasteland
CHAPTER 1-
Bottlecaps. It's all about bottlecaps.
Please follow rules, and do not find bottlecaps out of nowhere.
You can use bottlecaps to purchase lots in the big cities, like Vautone, the city made by Wastelanders.
Use bottlecaps to purchase weapons when the Combat system is released.
CHAPTER 2-
Vaults
Stay away from destroyed vaults, many times they can be inhabited with monsters like Super Mutants.
Accessing an anonymous vault to you isn't much of a good idea. Try not to go into these, unless you know the code, and are well known there.
Defending yourself in a vault can be very hard if you don't know what you're doing. Be careful, Security Guards are strict.
CHAPTER 3-
Wasteland Locations
We have a ton of locations in The Wasteland.
First of all, we have Vautone. It's made by most of the Wasteland Wanderers.
Second, we have Solid City. It's a beached cargo carrier up on a Richmond beach. Made by intelligent people that have escaped Vaults in the past.
Third, we have Kadios Tower.
Fourth, all Vaults have large numbers near them.
Fifth, Vault 11. This is where many of our Vault Escapees come from.
Sixth, Vault 92. This vault has been torn apart shortly after the war ended. It is recommended to STAY AWAY.
Seventh, Miner's Creek. Read the post below to get some information on it (Post 2)

Opening Story: Vault Dwellers
...
Whining is heard...
...
"It's okay.." says a mysterious voice.
Your eyes open, your cuddled by a small blue blanket and beanie. You are being rocked back and forth.
"Your going to be fine now, little one.." it says again.
You are put down in a playpen. "I need to go finish some work, stay here little one." says Mikinli, your mother.
You decide to pick up the "YOU'RE SPECIAL" book outside of the playpen. You look in it..
It looks like your going to grow up to be strong, intelligent, have a lot of charm, and never give up. [Strength 1, Intelligence 1, Charisma 2, Endurance 1]
The door opens, your mom comes back. "Quite the explorer, aren't you?" says Mom. "Haha, come on. Let's see if your friend Ashley wants to play."
17 YEARS LATER-
You wake up. The occasional blusterbee attack occurs, as people flee to their rooms and the guard shoot them down. A year later, you decide to leave the vault, because you've made your way up the ranks of the Vault, and the Vault Overseer seems to trust you. He accepts your request, and you leave Vault 11. Forever.
Congratulations, you've finally left Vault 11. Visit Vautone in the Wasteland if you want some more information about the wasteland. Don't hesitate to ask anyone about the place. Places like Aerto Bar will give you what you need in the middle of Vautone. For only 10 caps a piece, you can get some purified water.
Ending Story
This story will not be revealed until someone has completed main quests.

Hybrid [Human that looks like an animal, AKA Furries. Hybrids are created by contact with radioactiveness. Perks Perks can be added to you judging by your S.P.E.C.I.A.L.

FEMALE: Black Widow or MALE: Lady Killer. 6 or higher CHA needed. With this perk, you can learn special information from the opposite sex of RP character.
Daddy's Boy or Daddy's Girl. 7 or higher INT needed. You gain an additional 5 points to both the Science and Medicine skills. Science is used to hack computers, while Medicine can be used to heal other players.
Gun Nut. 6 or higher AGI needed. With every rank, you gain +6 to your Repair skill. You can now make Cobblestone!
Little Leaguer. 7 or higher STR needed. With every rank, you gain 5 points of Melee Weapons skill.
Thief. 6 or higher PER needed. You gain an immediate bonus 5 points to Sneak skill.
Swift Learner. 7 or higher INT and END needed. You gain an additional 10% of total Experience Points whenever Experience Points are earned.
Intense Training. 6 or higher STR and LUCK needed. Add +1 to any S.P.E.C.I.A.L. stat of your choice.
Natural Leader. 7 or higher STR and CHR needed. +2 CHR added to your S.P.E.C.I.A.L. You have higher moral with other players.
Swordsmanship. 6 or higher STR and INT needed. Added 10% bonus to your Melee Weapons skill.

However, this is the first server version, thus it's Fallcraft 1. You start out in Vault 11. There's a Jumpsuit skin if you need it. Try to make your way out, and you can explore the Minecraft Wasteland.
