    ((Sorry for the late post))

Tiffany was late to school. She didn't necessarily care too much, but it was her first day at this school so she decided instead of going straight to class, she might as well stop off at the office and get a pass to make it seem like she didn't just sleep in too late and skip the first few periods to get a coffee. After the awkward encounter with the woman at the main office, she went straight to her Junior math class, trying not to miss the entirety of the class like she had with the others, considering this one would be the one she knew she'd skip the most. Its not like she cared about skipping her classes. She did well either way, so she didn't take any stock in attendance or tardiness.

"Sorry I'm late, where should I sit?" She said, handing the teacher the pass. He directed her to an open seat in the class, and she sat down, and started waiting for the class to be over as soon as she did so. She saw some girl in front of her say something to a boy who's expression obviously changed from happy to embarrassed.Tiffany didn't care too much about the other kids feeling, she was just trying to see who in her class to avoid, even though she knew other students would put her in their list later on, once they got to know her.

    App:[/b]

    Name: [/b]Tiffany Murault

    Age: [/b]16
    [/b]

Personality: [/b]Bully category. Despite her looks, she is actually extremely rude and pompous. She also has no desire to make a large harem of friends, despite her looks, but still wants to make at least one or two. Definitely not the type of bully who wants o be a loner, and she also would not be very mean to her friends. She's mean to an extend of where if something about a person makes her feel gross, or they're considered strange (in her own eyes, because she doesn't care about anyone opinion other than her own) then she will probably tease or attack said person. She is pretty good at fighting also, because she gets in a lot of fights due to her personality. When she is at home she acts completely different, as she respects her parents and doesn't want to get much negative attention from them because they are very nice people. Unlike most people her age, she loves her parents very much, and is very nice, polite, well mannered, and organized by her parents and at home.

Appearance: [/b]Tan, skinny, tall. Pretty generically a 'pretty girl' like the ones you see in movies. She is around 5'8, and has mostly long legs. She isn't tan from tanning at salons but instead has a slight glow to her from spending time outside, which goes away in the winter revealing slightly pale skin that she isn't very happy with. Her hair is dyed slightly lighter than her natural color of blonde as well. She has pretty normal green eyes and likes to get her nails done, making them normally pastel colors.

Other Looks: [/b]I'm guessing clothes go here, so I'd say she would normally wear nice sweaters with leggings, jeans, or shorts depending on the weather. If it's summer she might wear crop tops instead of sweaters. She doesn't put much thought in her clothes

Boyfriend/Girlfriend: ([/b]I think it'd be fun to roleplay a relationship between her and someone else but as of now she doesn't have one)

    Gender: female
    [/b]

    Bio: (optional)[/b]

"Eh. Its probly' some fancy treasure." John cut in, "These rich guys usually only want one thing, and that's more money." He did not necessarily understand what exactly an artifact was at all. He remembered that the human named... kindle? -He wasn't necissarily paying attention, did not know his name.

"The names John by the way. You're just about the politest person I've ever met. Are you like a prince or somethin'?" His naivity fit someone of his age and background, but he wasn't at all trying to be rude, although it may have seemed that way. John noticed that the sun was getting lower, but he did not wish to say anything about it.

((Hey, SD, my character is still waiting for a volunteer in English class.))

((Also, you only got to control the english teacher once. She is in my control.))

((Lastly, is there anyone we are waiting on? In English, my character needs a response, but besides that...))

(( I wish Peashy would go on :'( But I guess I could volunteer, even though I wasn't really going to because its not in the nature of my character. But to make you happy, anything :P ))

Rosalyn saw that no one was going to volunteer to the boy sitting next to her. She felt kind of bad about it, and you know, everyone has to overcome there shyness eventually, right? But then she remembered that he had laughed at her after her presentation. Well, so did a few other people. If I was less shy maybe that wouldn't happen. She decided that she would rather herself be embarrassed to death on the first day of school than another person.

"Um... I- I can be your v-volunteer..." Her voiced was quiet and it quivered a little. This was one of the most outgoing things she had done in maybe a year. She almost hoped that he didn't hear her.

"Yeah, I guess it could give someone a pretty nasty sunburn." He replied. It's not like the sun would kill him here though, because that wouldn't make any sense (At least in his mind.) He switched his view over to Saul, who was like all the others, much bigger than him. He almost felt like an ant.

"Goodtomeetyah." He Generally abbreviated, but instead he slurred the phrase together, "I'm John."

John turned and looked at the strange lookin.... pebehind him. Ever since he joined this crew tthings stranger than he'd ever imagined in his 15 years were being proven real. the man said something that took him a few seconds to comprehend. He knew he Was from a different place than john had lived in, but what is 'the dark Sun?' perhaps he didn't understand it because he was too young, but probably also in part that he had no real education, so he knew nothing of other culture.

"Same to you, I guess?" He said it seeming a little bit rude, but not intentionally, "Hey Mister, what's the 'dark sun' mean?" This showed he wasn't rude, but that instead he had that naivety of any other person his age being placed in front of something they have no knowledge of.

Rosalyn didn't want it to come to her. She was dreading the moment it came to her, and really didn't like the idea of being put in a circle either. All of these people were interesting, and cool. Rosalyn was just... depressing. When it finally got to her, she got really nervous.

"Um... I'm R-r-rosalyn Clarke." She calmed herself down, "I'm um, originally from Pennsylvania, b-but I had to move to New Jersey due to... um... circumstances. I kind of l-like to bake sometimes... I have," She tried to think of a way to describe her powers that wouldn't seem weird or creepy, "Manipulation? And um, a little b-b-bit of telekinesis..." She felt so embarrassed that her cheeks turned bright red. She wanted to leave the class because of how bad she sounded.

John was napping on the deck of the ship. By this age he was very used to being on boats, so this was really nothing new. It felt almost odd, though, because for the first time he wasn't fishing with his caretaker. He woke up in the mood that most teenagers are in when they take naps, and was very disorientated. His mouth tasted like drool, and he had a slight headache. He wondered why he ever took naps in the first place, but nonetheless he generally didn't get much sleep because he liked to practice his spells, which he was quite bad at due to self teaching.

It was nice out. As warm as you could get in the ocean too, and he was surrounded in his favorite smell of saltwater. His home was by an ocean, and he could never feel more comfortable anywhere else. He heard voices further up on the deck, and looked out over the side of the ship. He could make out a small land mass out in the distance, maybe the place they were being sent. He had in fact been told they were to arrive soon.

He got bored, and decided to join in the others conversation. He did, in fact have questions about their arrival, so he decided that he should ask now. He just hoped they wouldn't ignore him like most other people here because of how young he was. He walked up to the 2 men who had unique appearances compared to the mostly human enviroment he was raised in.

"Mornin' fellas." He stifled a yawn as he leaned on the fence of the ship.

    Name: John Hagsbard

    Age: 15

    Gender: male

    Race: human

Appearance: John is rather short at 5'5, with generally messy dark brown hair. He has tan skin from being outside so much, and since he is still a teenager he has a few pimples, but not too many. He also has a few freckles, which make his achne less noticable. He has a slightly round face as well, making him look around 12 which he often gets teased for. He generally wears shorts and tunic with a jacket on. Usually when he is fighting he dresses in different clothes that can hide his weapons.

Class: vigilante or assasin, I can't decide :(

Bio: John lived his life as an orphan, who was taken in by a poor and rustic fisherman who, although scolded him constantly for being the troublemaker that he was, was loved dearly by the kid. John didn't get much of an education, only learning things by doing, and without many friends because he was known as a troublemaker. Most of the other children s parents did not necessarily want their children to be influenced by him.

One night, John was in the store sitting behind the counter sharpening a knife for gutting the fish. He heard people come into the store despite it being locked and closed. He was a little scared. His caretaker was out fishing for a few days, so he couldn't think of anything to do. The person walked past him not noticing where he was, then right when he went to open the door leading into their home, John took the knife and cut the mans arm deeply.

Since it was dark he knew the man couldn't fight back with that deep cut. The man fled and John told the fisherman about it once he got back. This made the fisherman decide to teach John some safe fighting tactics so that he could protect himself from any future threats. Later on, the taxes got higher, the fisherman was getting lazy and having trouble finding fish, and they were having issues. John heard about the ad for finding the treasure, and decided to sneak out and join the mission. He left a note which would be summarized to say that 'he was going to find a way to get them more money so they wouldn't have to worry' that was only part of it though. He decided that he needed to make use of his life, and since he had little education all he could do was fight.

Equipment: Some poison, spices for spells, a short sword to suit his height, a dagger for when he is not in close combat, some bandages in case he gets injured, a map, and a loaf of bread because A: He is a teenager and gets hungry, and B: because after assassinating someone he will put pieces of bread on the body so that birds and mice can help the body decompose (nasty I know)

Other: a dungeon map would be useful right about now...

(( EEK! Sorry i was gone too long D: ))

Rosalyn finally found her English classroom after minuets of futile searching. Directions were most definately not her strong suite, but she was lucky that she finally found the classroom. She didn't want to get in trouble on her first day of course. When she opened the door there was only one other student sitting inside the class. She didn't want to have any awkward encounters, so she sat fairly far away from him. She really hoped that he would not interract with her. She had just about enough strange things happen to her that day, but then she realized it might be nice to have someone to talk to. She also realized that if she had become akquainted with another person they would tell her everything she missed and maybe help her get her dorm information. Rolelyn definately was not going to start the conversation, so she just tried to remember all the German she knew from before.

((Guys I drew Roselyn really quickly but its just so you can get an idea of what she looks like if you don't feel like reading my description of her. ))

"I'm Roselyn... " his personality reminded her a little bit of Justin's. "I uh, haven't met anyone yet e-either. I'm really just looking for the English room..." her nervous expression softened into a slight and kind of awkward smile. "Do you know where it is? Also w-who that g-girl isking him about her because it might make here seem creepy.

Roselyn snapped out of her haze and noticed another person eavesdropping on them. She walked past the two assuming they wouldn't notice her because they hadn't when she was standing there, and decided to walk over to him. Her shyness was still there, but she didn't like the idea of someone listening in on peoples conversations, even though she accidentally heard some of it. She walked over to him without being noticed (to her knowledge at least.)

"Wha-" She started whispering, "what are y-y-you doing?? Didn't you ever l-learn not to l-l-listen in on other peoples c-convers-s-sations..." She slowly stuttered even more because she felt as though the last part of what she said was rude. "I'm sorry..." She whispered, still waiting for his response.

Roselyn was definitely lost, but luckily she had more time left to walk around. She had decided to walk back to where she was before to try and find another route. When she got back to where the awkward encounter had happened, she saw that another person had joined them. By the looks of their expressions, the new one looked angry and confused at the same time, while the one who had already been there looked intrigued. She was hoping they wouldn't notice her, but then she hear the man say:

"And maybe I can help you turn off your powers and better control them. Maybe to say... Use your powers to completely turn off another's powers. Permanently." She heard everything after that, but really that was the only thing he said that stuck with her. The girl was holding her pencil tightly, which would look suspicious to anyone. She could tell that the girl in the mask was threatened, but hearing what the man said, Roselyn also felt uncomfortable. She stood there a little shocked trying to comprehend what he said about permanently shutting off someones powers.

((Uwaaa!! (ノ´д`) Ignore my previous things everyone!!))

One Roselyn got the door open she went up to a person who was handing things out to people.

"Um, excuse me?" She said in almost a whispered voice. He promptly dissapeared as a strange student passed by leaving her in dismay. She freaked out (on the inside) looking for someone to ask about. All the papers he had fell anyway, and she had no idea what they were. She saw her name on one of the sheets and grabbed it quickly trying not to seem weird. While she read the paper she realized that it must be her schedule. Ok, my first class is English honors in room *** she briefed herself. The class wouldn't start for maybe 10 minuets but she thought that she should go look for it anyway due to her bad sense of direction. Right before she was about to go, a teacher blocked her way to yell at the masked student. There was space for her to pass through, but she didn't want to seem rude pushing past them like that. She had nothing better to do, so she tried to figure out wether the student was a boy or a girl. I mean, you couldn't really tell, could you now?

Ok, they're short, so I guess that means they're most likely a girl. Although... They are a freshman, so they could just be short. But their mask is rather small, so they probably are a girl. And their pants aren't sagging very much. She was done evaluating. She was just really, really bored, and usually that's what she does when she's bored.

"A girl." She accidentally said outloud, then immediately started blushing. She stood still for a while hoping they didn't notice, and then said "Excuse me..." As she walked by the closest to the wall she could get.

Roselyn took a seat on the steps hoping someone inside would notice her before she ended up being late for her class. She didn't want to knock on the door, because since she was late that might be embarassing, but she decided that was her only option. She knocked quietly and said,

"Hello? I'm um... Here for t-the academy..." Her words got quieter the further into the sentece she got. She really hoped that someone would let her in soon. She felt really uncomfortable just waiting outside like this.
