I just updated the map to work with the ladder change in Minecraft v1.1. If you find a part where you can't get past because of a ladder, then I missed that part. Tell me where in the comments if that happens! But I think I got it all.
But you forgot to reset the puzzles! Somehow all the levers are in place already and checkpoints activated (at least up to the gym).
