Hey guys my name Is Layton just before i start my application i have a couple questions i have about that Cluster. First of all Will you guys go inactive again, and if so was it because of financial issues, or the lack of staff? If this is too personal you don't have to answer!

How important is working for the Cluster to you?

Well, I've been playing mine craft since 2011 and over everything I've played in this game I've learned that even though this game might be a pix-elated video game but you can learn alot of leadership and how to be responsible! I've been looking for a great server, With a community like this for awhile. Your poll's have pretty good stats of who wants to play! And i'd really love to be a part of this server even though i may not be the most fit which im not there are better people then me out there. I'd really love to get the chance to learn maybe even work for the cluster one day. You guys from day one have got lots of good feedback and that's a server not only i'd like to work for. But everyone else that has seen this thread, Its so appealing to the eye with the graphic art and everything you have to apply, Because you know in the future you can learn some things and be apart of "Cluster History" . All i can say is this would mean alot to me not only for having a rank on my name tag but getting know new friends and having fun with the community

Any past experience in this field or something similar?

I had something similar it was a server just like this except i was a builder for it. I learned alot from having that experience on that server.

And i really think im ready to take the next glide into the bigger and better servers such as the cluster. I've been an important role on many servers but if i get this one ill be speechless because working on small servers that just got down or get dossed because of no protection there hard to get rid of but sometimes in life you take bigger challenges and that's what im here today to show.

Have you ever managed a server / network before?

I'm not a big guy that spends money on severs but i've helped some to keep them up or just to give a hand for a friend. I currently have a job and i get a good amount of money well at least enough to keep living on a steady life style! I dont like to spend money on ranks or games unless i know i'm truly helping that guy or that server. I save my money and usually pay for food and other stuff i need. So getting back to the question. I've never owned or founded a server but yes i have been in the manager role before!

Would you still want this job even if it had high stress?

Yes, for sure i grew up with younger siblings and that gave me enough stress every day that i can almost handle anything now. I have got in heated conversations and situations before and i know i can handle them pretty well.

How many hours are you willing to dedicate a day/week?

In weekdays so Monday through Friday it will be. four,five maybe six hours depending on my work schedule and on weekends a good nine to eleven hours i could do!

How can I trust that you are going to be a dedicated staff member?

Well trust. Trust is a strong word. Most people don't honestly understand what it means. Trust is a "transparent communication that forms a foundation for a relationship usually. Usually trust is used if your holding a conversation with something or someone. I dont believe you can trust anyone yet. But you can base it off my actions and you will "trust me over time". I'm not saying i will grief or do something to you or your server im just saying that we can start then maybe later you will get to "trust and build off me even more".

Describe your personality to us?

I'm a pretty ordinary guy grew up in a small town has a passion for video games and nature! I go with the flow usually sometimes put a suggestion or comment out there but still not to mouthy. I don't know much else to tell you. Maybe you can find out more about me and who i am as a person as or if we go through cluster growing together.

Anything else that we should know that may earn this application some consideration points?

I do build to i almost went professional on the team Blockbyblock until i got busy with personal issues and left.

Q&A

Why do you want to be a builder for this network?

Well when i first looked at this forum i saw Professionalism. And that right there is a huge fact for me, I come from some strict build teams and have been building professionally for about one year and a half. And I've really done good for just one year i feel like with all my practice and hard work ethic i could really help out your builders and other people on the Network. It would mean alot to me too this would be my first server that is professional and is not afraid too fire ten people in a day.

Whats your style of building?

Well lets just start out with the ones i do the most which include, Medieval,Fantasy,Terra-forming

I've basically been building Medieval and doing terrain since i started building. Then fantasy i taught myself later on.

I can do other styles i will just have to learn them. But that won't take me to long hopefully.

Personality:

I'm a pretty outgoing and awesome guy.[Sarcasm]

Well im a pretty active guy im currently still attending school i play some sports such as, Volleyball and Baseball.

I love being around people that have the same interests as me. I do pretty well in school.

Sometimes my sense of humor comes in handy and sometimes right at the perfect time.

I always get excited when i come home, sit in my chair and just play the video games i love to play as hobbies.

5. What do you hope to achieve in a server like this? I've been looking for a server like this i dont know if you guys are well established yet i mean that by houses,spawners etc. But i have really wanted to start building my medieval city/ castle for a project ive been planning but never completed .
6. Explain what 'trust[/i]' means to you? "Trust". Well Trust can be a strong word in many ways. Its almost a act of kindness knowing someones "Trusts" you. It could mean loyalty, friendship basically anything that the particular person feels that in there head they can "trust" you do not do anything that they wouldn't appreciate or someone else.
7. Do you understand and agree to the rules? Yes i do agree and im happy with some of the rule choices i feel this will cause it to be a great server in the long run!

• Why do you prefer playing in a small community? I dont enjoy having 12 year olds running around griefing everything in sight. I more or less enjoy somewhere peace an quite basically like the mindcrack community.I dont like busy servers i find them "laggy" and just unnecessary to play on!

• What is your favorite aspect of playing on a vanilla server?
• Community. The community is always my favorite because incase of a queston that pops up in your brain or you want to do a mining challenge with someone! It all comes down to the community for me. For me to enjoy a server i need to have a great "community"

• Tell us something interesting about yourself!
• Well i have a life if that's interesting! I play sports such as Hockey and baseball. And i live in canada so i only get two seasons for my sports Summer and winter. Otherwise my hobbies are long boarding and playing games such as Minecraft,CS:GO and Rocket League!

• I think i'd be a great add-on to your community i'd bring my skills which include Building and comedy. If needed! ~_~

And it seems a little inappropriate to cry if you don't get this

Just build something in Singleplayer then post some pictures.

And when they ask for your skype you give them your skype name so they can add you over skype and contact you if needed!

I do not think of this as a job, but I do consider it very important to me as if it where an assignment I must attend to even if it is for an hour or two a day.

I am Willing to Dedicate at least 7 hours a week because I have to put my schooling before this server only because it is much more important that I shape myself into a career rather than dedicate my career to a video game.

Like I said I am willing to Dedicate a minimum of 7 hours to the server per week which I find to be fair in my point of view, I am willing to dedicate myself with the time I have to play and help to make the server a better server.

I can be Serious at time but i am a very soft hearted person in the fact that if I see something cruel happening I will do my best to resolve the issue, I don't like it when people fight and I love it when people get along.
11.) Why should I choose you amongst other applications?
I am not saying that I can dedicate more time than some of these other applicants but I am sure willing to do the best I can and work at the best of my ability in the time I play on this server, I am willing to help with many different subjects such as building and resolving issues.

Hey man! i'd like to say i love you application it looks and sounds great. But there is one thing thats my only concern is the hours a week 1 hour a day is abit short but you know you have a life and i get it you focus on school but in my eyes it will still help having you as a helper. But you might be close coming to those people that can dedicate 24 hours a week+.
