Arbiter has worked on the mod lately, he have added new ferns and Zingiberopsis (ancestor of the ginger)
We change a lot of things in the current code to improve certain things. The beginning of the creation of the new dimension is not going to delay.

It would be. I need feedback in order to make the mod better. I also need money to pay for people to make textures and such as well. That's why everything right now is just diamond recolors.

1)
Put a copy of the template in every biome folder that you want it to spawn in, OR;
Put it in ONE biome folder [other than the generic folder], then add this line;
biomes_to_spawn_in=[biome name],[biome_name]...
Where biome_names are the text names of each biome that you want it to spawn in, as they appear on the corresponding folders in the resources/ruins directory
Note that putting a template in the generic folder will cause it to spawn in EVERY biome [assuming it can find an appropriate block]
2) There are 2 ways to move the ruin up down.
embed_into_distance=X
Will move the ruin down by X blocks from where it would spawn. AND/OR;
random_height_offset=min,max
Will choose a random number between [min] and [max] and shift the ruin by that amount. For example, random_height_offset=-50,-10 will shift the ruin down anywhere from 10 to 50 blocks. Note that the first number has to be smaller than the last.
3) Loot: use the parser and/or read the instructions on how to add chests and spawners.
thanks man helped a lot adding and removing some ruins for a mod pack that's based on cultures and I need to get permission for this mod in a mod pack *fingers crossed*
I have spent a ton of time for a 1.7.2 mod pack and it includes 5 different quest and npc mods that are configed to work amazingly well with eachother
so if I make a structure and save it using this mod how can I config it to spawn in specific biomes?
for example I created a great mineshaft but it spawns on surface of coarse so I was wondering if I missed this somewhere and if so how can I config where it spawns what level and what loot or biomes O.o

it seems so unique and would help balance many things in minecraft since we lack so much as it is
I would love to get permission for this mod if it ever gets finished I really wish to try it out right away!
