    Now that I think about it, she reminds me so much of dragon quest, and I also see her being the new mob to rarely drop the metal book, if not I do see her to be a very interesting NPC.


    Metal Slimes would probably just be a texture variant on normal Slime Girls. Maybe with more defense/less health (but I doubt Silentine could get them to just run away without making them copy animal behavior)

    What makes you think TC for 1.8 will take so long? I know Azanor is making a lot of big overhauls, but 1.8 is already from back in 2014. Plus, the Patreon was pretty successful, even if it's kind of tight-lipped about progress reports. I have trouble imagining that a reasonably functional and fleshed-out version for 1.8 would take a whole year. Is that a standard estimate from experience or what?


    You underestimate how bass-akwards the changes to the model format in 1.8 were, on top of it being forever before Forge was updated.

    SpitefulFox simply needed to stay away from the tree to avoid any issues you were running into. Then, once you've been sent to the nether, he could jump into the pit of fire to kill himself.


    That would work, unfortunately I am not the most intelligent person in the world :P

    Thaumcraft has Golden Coins that work nicely as a currency, but I guess that's only of note if you want add mod support.

    None of the Botania things are a good idea. All of them go against botania's design philosophy (flower that hurts mobs to generate mana? There's a flower that takes mana to hurt mobs. >_>) or trivializes one mod or another's mechanics. The blood wand already turns LP into vis...

    why call it an app if you know that it means adding a program? Notepad++ doesn't add anything like a different home page (and if you don't know how to change that or have sketchy ones installed you have bigger problems)


    If you don't want to install "apps" why did you install minecraft then? It adds "a extra program".
