Minecraft Name: Sebass_The_Great Age: 13 Why I am qualified: I have once an entire adventure map, complete with a large castle (my drive got corrupted and I lost the world D: ) and also worked on a server spawn. What I specialize in though, is redstoning/Command blocks. Anything technical and awe-inspiring I can make. I recently made a filter for a complete block placement protection. When it is updated, I will be able to make almost anything with /summon and /setblock.
How are you with making parkour (different difficulties), mazes (3D inside of a block :D), and updating existing structures (i.e. Adding details)?

Why are you qualified for this position: I'm a good builder and I want to work on a spawn for a server. This is my WIP house: http://imgur.com/a/JID5i
It's a simple enough building but as you said a work in progress; do you have any other larger scale projects that are completed?
Hello! We're a newly founded server and we're looking for a few builders. We're specifically looking for builders who understand how to use plugins (see below), mainly WorldEdit, and that do not have to be 'babysat'.
We're in CLOSED Alpha at the moment, still underdevelopment. So far we have: - Dedicated VPS host (4GB DDR3 RAM, US Based Server), - McMyAdmin & McMA App (for those "just-in-case" moments), - CraftBukkit (for 1.6.4 until update), - 3 Worlds: Survival No PvP, Anarchy, & Creative (Closed at the moment), -Plugins: Enjin Plugin, Essentials, Factions, BukkitCompat (McMyAdmin), Multiverse Core & Portals, PlayerHeads, ServerSigns, Vault, WorldEdit, WorldGuard, McMMO, & mCore.
Our idea is a multiplayer paradis - something for everyone! Survival & Anarchy worlds with Factions & Skills (McMMO) for players to level up. Items are locked per world. Donations are accepted in the form of money (for updating/paying for the server and features) & points (provided through the Enjin website and plugin).
Ever player can earn points (or buy them with real money) allowing everyone options for in-game items, tags, services, & more! Some items in the donation store will be real money only and what they are is up to the players!
Everything we update or release is voted on by the players. Updates, new locations, plugins, worlds, & anything else we can come up with - This is a server for the people by the people.
If you've read all this and want to be a part of our (small) Alpha group of builders, please reply with the format:
Minecraft Name: Age: Why are you qualified for this position: (Please add pictures or videos if possible).
Keep in mind, Alpha builders have the first pick for higher ranks before the White-list Beta release! (and again before the Public release).
I've recently stopped using a host (who will go unnamed at this time) due to issues with connectivity.
What I am NOT willing to use:
- Multicraft.
What the host MUST have:
- FTP access.
- Dedicated IP /Domain (will pay extra).
- SSD storage.
- DDR3+ RAM.
- Server Location: USA (Anywhere, West coast preffered)
Bonus Features:
- Instant Set-up.
- McMyAdmin
Until the server goes public I'm looking for 2GB of RAM at the start, after it goes public the sky is the limit. Currently the server runs off of Bukkit and the website is Enjin.
Server Status: Running, Dedicated (Closed to public) Server Version: 1.6.4 (Until Bukkit Update) Server Type: Anarchy (Under-development, can change.) Server Plugins: (Under-development, can change.)
Essentials (package), McMMO, Factions, Vault, Enjin-plugin, WorldGuard, WorldEdit.
We're a new server with minimal staff and looking to fill a position or two! We're currently looking for a builder (or two if you have a friend) to work on spawn or other projects. Other positions will open up during BETA testing and builders get first choice on promotions, or to stay a builder.

I'm having the same issue, even on SMP servers that I am hosting. Minecraft 1.4 lags on my Vista computer, but not on my XP; what computers are you experiencing lag on?
I'm not good with hardware/software issues, but the only thing I can suggest (which you've already done) is update your drivers. I'm not sure if you've done that "manually" (through the device manager) or through ATI's website, but you should try the website.
Well... I'll try to help to the best of my abilities. I'll need some information though:
1.Click Start.
2.On the Start menu, click Run. (Or with Vista/7, use the "Start Search" at the bottom of the Start Menu).
3.In the Open box, type "dxdiag" (without the quotation marks) , and then click OK.
4.The DirectX Diagnostic Tool opens. Click the Display tab.
5.On the Display tab, information about your graphics card is shown in the Device section. You can see the name of your card, as well as how much video memory it has.
What is your operating system, videocard (Name and/or Chip Set) and "Aprox. Total Memory"?
The only time I run in to that issue is after I full screen the game. Once you enter full screen and exit, you can't use any pop-up windows (menu, inventory, etc) until you either: A) Restart the game, or :cool.gif: Enter full screen again.
Sorry, I just looked at the data values for the colored wool there; spawning that would give you 0 - 15 in normal blocks. After looking around from what I see dyed wool is just normal wool with -damage delt to it (not idea how they got that). Also, the only thing I've seen is "dye sheep". You can always spawn the dyes and normal wool?
I've been having an issue since the server migration for Minecraft. I can't log on to Minecraft.net (or any other Minecraft pages, for that matter). From what I've read (from old posts) there seems to be an issue with the DDos protection Minecraft is using.
Does anyone have more current information on this issue?
Information:
"Computer A" (No Issues)
Windows XP, x32
Standard Firewall Protection
"Computer B" (Issues)
Windows Vista, x32
Microsoft Security Essentials
Both have up-to-date game files (everything erased and replaced when the new patch came out).
The issue he was having was the data values for the colored wool. Both links I offered had information pertaining to the issue. The first link shows (vaguely) how the /give command is set up and the second link has data values (including colored wool) that he could use for the command. I even stated that he must use the DEC values rather than what he was using.
As far as the "...so can somone give me an example of any colored wool." goes, I'm sure with the information I offered to him, he can figure it out on his own.

I am able to log on to the website with Minecraft's IP without issue, but I'd still like to get this issue solved.
