I used to have a intel graphics card and it runs at 60...
Now I use a Nvidia GT 630 .
Your specs seem goood but I do not recommend laptops/prebuilt comps
Build a custom cheap computer.......
Plus its ACER. not the best for gaming I see the whole point of windows 8 + touchscreen but I still do not recommend ACER laptops.
I seriously do not recommend acer and you should get rid of it >.<
