currently my permanent server banned me because i pvped on a pvp server (i still dont understand it). im looking for a true survival server were a small group doesnt really pvp but tries to survive. i do rp alot if needed.

I am right now only going to provide advice to the newcomers and building experience. What do you expect from us/admins?: well i had a dream while killing newbs on Black ops that one day a admin named T3h would come down with golden silky hair and a normal nose AND a unicorn which had rockets coming out of its butt (which was fueled by purple drank) would keep a well structured server and maturity to spread out to the rest of Tenebrae like wild fire (oops i already forgot, the forest fire is spreading :tongue.gif:). A player is complaining regarding spawn killing? What course of action do you take?: well first i would go Ninja panda like, and do a few back flips and dolphin dives through the beautiful 8-bit water (depending on the texture pack). Then i would hold down Shift (so my name plate wouldn't show) and investigate the crime scene. If i saw the so called "F#$@#$ spawn killer" i would hold print screen button (located next to the F12 button and Scrlk). THEN.. access paint and THEN.....paste or Ctrl+V to past the EVIDENCE (if its required to have this dude banned). if the noob is clean with records i would give him a warning. There are several reports regarding a player Hacking? What would you do?: i would first ask some of the cool cats around the server about his so called "HACKING NOOB SAUCE". Then ask the so called witness of the crime scene to give me a visual on body appearance and name plate. at night, i would sneak around finding evidence of him hacking then report it to the admin. NO WARNINGS! A player is using excessive/profane language in server chat, what do you do?: Warn him a few times and if the profane language is being excessive and complete no logic behind it, i would kindly ask the admin to ban him. How long have you been playing?: this server-week, minecraft in general- 6-7 months
What can you provide to the server?: a sense of control without banning, i can resolve things pretty fast.
What do you expect from us/admins?: to keep control of the server if chaos breaks out, and providing a great pvp experience for all the players.
A player is complaining regarding spawn killing? What course of action do you take?: tell the spawn killer to lay off of the spawn killing and if that progresses, take futher actions.
There are several reports regarding a player Hacking? What would you do?: tell them that they need proof. tell the admins to look in the chest logs, any logs just to see if he is hacking. and if the admins arnt on, i would watch him like a hawk without him expecting.
A player is using excessive/profane language in server chat, what do you do?: depending on what purpose hes using it. if he gets mad (at the game) i would give him a slight warning and then progress from there. if it was like a insult to the server or player, i would give him only 1 warning and then that would progress in a ban if he continues a insulting.
Anything else you would like to tell us:? this will be my first time as a moderator, if that does anything to affect my application.
the assassin thing is over.. srry 2623113 but im helping admins right now so, the assassin guild is no more. theres factions there 2623113 in the server, you just got to talk to them. and also the equipment that dropped disappeared.. it was only stone so no worries.
