    Heya, I'm newish modder looking for a challenge, so I decided that that's exactly what I'd do, challenge myself. Of coarse, these will all be fairly easy to code (except for the armor and possibly adding so many ores), but they will also be very, very effective. Here's a bullet-point list of what each of these mods aim to acheive:

    *Diamond-hold Swords: Just when you thought that the good ol' diamond sword was good enough, you realised that it wasn't quuite good enough to fend off that last creeper... So I intoduce the Diamond-hold Swords! These swords will be extremely difficult to obtain requiring three diamonds, 4 iron ingots, 2 sticks and one of three potion powders. The crafted swords will have the following 'powers': Rarity set at epic, explosive-power/fire-power/instant-kill

    *Ultimate Aromor: Really quite simple, this mod will be designed to render your armor nearly invisible. Think it's overpowered? Read on. The armor will require a certain 'Gem' to craft the with. The crafting recipes will be same in the armor, however, the 'Gem' that needs to be crafted to create them will be craft with the topline a diamond in the centre, the second line diamonds on the outsides and an iron ingot in the middle and the final line, a diamond in the centre. Hope that crafting recipe made no sense, just like it should. I can't give away EVERYTHING.

    *Monstores: In short just ores that drop beasts. However, in addition, I will be adding new new ores and new mobs, so that mining experience won't be JUST a mining experience, but also a fighting experience. If you want this mod, you'd better be insane, because this won't just be any old ore that you go out looking for on your mining adventures... It will be a Monstore!

    *10-15 more ores? That's insane, because the most amount of ores that I've seen added by a mod is 8. And that didn't even add armor. However, don't expect ALL the ores to add armor.

    *Faster mining: "Mining should take some time." That's what one of my freinds said when I asked whether or not I should make this mod. I retorted stating that I'd make a mod proving it's worth-while. Here's my rebbellion.

    *Super Mobs: You heard. I was once just a whimply little spider, but then I got a 2x health boost... I hope you think next time you attempt to use that whimpy stone/iron sword on my ****. It might be your eye in my potions... Yeah. You'd better be scared.

    Notice: All of the above mods will be completed, the poll is just there to see what you (the users) would prefer completed first. There will be a mod-set with the whole lot that will have no confliction errors with each other, and yes the mods will still be available individually.
    I intend to have to entire set star in the yogbox if possible, but that is just a goal, no guaranties, no promises. Just look out to use it if I do get it in Yogbox.
    On a final note, there will only be a max of two releases per mod these versions will be: Testing stages (Bug testing) and fully released (Smoothed-out and bug-free)

    By default, I also ask that if you want to support this project, then please click the little green + button OR put on my the banner directing to this page so that people see it and it isn't just redundant.

    Strengths modloader 1.8.1 tutorials. -Downloaded.
    The forums -DON'T BE LAZY!
    MCP -Not a tutorial, but good for refrencing code, note: You will need SDK, modloader and eclipse, but that also sets you up for modding.

    No, reading-up at oracle is fairly useless, you are going to completely walk away from modloader and MCP, because then it's useful, LOL. But, if you read some tutorials you'll quickly learn the minecraft coding patterns.

    As for adf.ly, I think you get 5c for every time the 5-secs is completed.

    Remove this from mod_MiningTest:
    ModLoader.AddRecipe(new ItemStack(itemCopperIngot, 1), new Object []{
    "##", "##", Character.valueOf('#'), Block.cobblestone});
    Because that's a crafting recipe allowing you to fast-forward through the actual mining stages.

    Replace this: ModLoader.AddSmelting(copperBlock.blockID, new ItemStack (Block.dirt, 1));
    with "ModLoader.AddSmelting(copperBlock.blockID, new ItemStack (mod_MiningBlock.CopperIngot, 1));"

    Everything else looks good.
