It's a type of virus called "Shitty-computer-itis". It starts when you buy a computer that is for less than 200$. Then it spreads to Minecraft! Hope this helped. Have a good day.

I'm not sure this is the right place to ask such a question, but I'll go ahead anyway.
While I was doing my thing in the Aether, I decided to leave a bunch of stuff in my home and adventure into a Bronze Dungeon. However, while fighting the Slider, I broke all of my pickaxes, and I had no wood left to make more. Because of the terrain generation, there was a way out of the boss room. While I was breaking out, I found some Aether dirt, and now I am trying to make a Skyroot Sapling grow into a tree in the boss room so that I can have wood for a workbench and tools. Is it worth my time to wait for the tree to grow, or should I continue digging my way to the surface to get wood? Can Skyroot Saplings even grow into trees underground? Thank you in advance for any (intelligent) replies.
And yes, the Aether is still awesome, especially after this latest patch.
Skyroot Saplings function the same as a normal sapling, look up saplings on Minepedia. And it’s your choice if you want to dig your way to the surface or wait for the tree to grow.
I'm probably gonna get chewed out for this, but is it possible to make fire placeable in the aether? I remodeled a silver dungeon after beating the Valkyries, and i wanted to make old looking fire pits...

Really? That's a bit disappointing. I think the compass in the Aether should either point at something else, or spin round and round regularly (to contrast with its random behaviour in the Nether).
When you save and quit to title while you are in the Aether dimension, it shows the saving chunks screen and freezes, then goes to a black screen.
When I start up Minecraft again, and play the level, I am in the overworld with nothing. No items, nothing. Like what would happen when you create a new world. But I still see my portal I spawned in.
If you save and quit to title while you are in the overworld, it’s fine.
I don’t know what the problem is, but it really annoys me, as I have items now I need to spawn in.

If I understand correctly, you can change the ID in a .config / .properties file specifically for the mod.

Anyway, I think I found a glitch.
When you save and quit to title while you are in the Aether dimension, it shows the saving chunks screen and freezes, then goes to a black screen.
