You probably got infected with adware. Open up Task Manager, and look for a process called rlvknlg.exe, then stop it. Next, download Malware Bytes and then quick scan your desktop, and if there is any RelevantKnowledge.Adware, then delete those. That usually happens with fatal error 4. But, I advise you to do that if that is the problem.

Error log? Download MCPatcher, open it up, Test Minecraft (no patching), and if it crashes it will crash with an error log.
