Ok, really. I know I sound like an ass but can you PLEASE learn to host a ****ing server if you are going to even try? It annoys the **** out of me when it crashes EVERY GOD DAMN NIGHT at the SAME ****ING TIME. SERIOUSLY! Once I get my server running, I'm never coming back to this **** hole.

While it's down, I'm thinking about restarting the server with a new map, but before I start it I can install a handful of mods/plugins to prevent grief damage and to add features. Thoughts?

I looked at the server logs. I can see everything, all the commands, every whisper, all the commands you even try to do that don't work.
You, Forik and taisa were spawning tnt 100 at a time. You used your power to make new op's and ban all the people on the server who were just chilling out and minding their own.
You even tried to ban Seth and I and didn't even get the names right.

On a side note, if this is going to be a 24/7 server, I'll need another admin or two to cover the times the current admins aren't there (Midnight EST to 2:00 PM EST). I guess we'll make a decision on that later.
Server is nice, have one question though: Where is the world file located in the ftp folder? (So I can save backups before restarting) The closest thing I'm finding is level.dat, and I'm not entirely sure that's it.
PVP is enabled. Mobs are enabled. New mods are added from time to time to find out what's right for the community.
