Change to box after the TO to something like 23580, and then go into server.properties file. Change the port to that number. Then on the port forwarding thing, check off ENABLED, then save changes. It should work.
That didn't work. When I changed the right box to 23580, it automatically gets swapped with the left box. Either way, it's not working.

And here' my problem. Everytime I try to connect to my server, I keep getting the "Fail to connect to server, it's probably down" error. I don't see what I'm doing wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
