I am the developer of a newly made Towny Server. Most of the kinks have been hammered out. Except for one thing. Players from other towns are able to destroy and build in towns they are not apart of. This causes grief and much annoyance to all the players. I would like to let players only destroy blocks in a town if their nation is at war with another nation. I have looked in the configs and I can't see any obvious solutions to the problem. I have already set in the config for towny that outsiders and allys can't destroy blocks in a town, yet it doesn't work.
