Hey there, I have a proposition for any of you older adults who are typically builders but those who would like to add a Role Play aspect to your play style. I am seeking a more mature community of players that traditionally like to build and re-invent their own build style over everything else (redstone techies, miners, etc) and those that even like to do some role play. [/p]
I want to create a world that will stand the test of time, growing for years and years to come down the road. When implemented and done correctly a world can really show the progress a community can make together over time. That being said I don’t really do the seasons as that can stump players from continuing the great progress they’re making. We aren’t HermitCraft and we certainly don’t get paid to make new content every year in a new world as they do. We just enjoy playing on the same world and seeing where we can take that for as long as possible. I’ve always gawked in awe seeing worlds that have continued for years and years on single-player channels, why not bring that into the multi-player aspect. Great improvements have been made to the game to allow for smooth updating to new versions without damaging world borders. So when a player wants a “fresh start” the best option I see is to drop all that you have or even bring some tools with you, and start building in a new area. Thus creating a new piece of land to interconnect to everything else going on around in the world.[/p]
I also know that sometimes people don’t always stay around on a server forever, I have seen it time after time. So with my server just know that it will continue to stay online forever, even through the first batch of players its had, even through when you’ve come to the end of what you want to do in Minecraft, and then even the next. It’s already had its first course of players join and then dwindle due to players having busy life’s outside this game. Things like work, school, family friends and kids all take up our time. So even tho you may of left the game for a few months to focus on those responsibilities, we will continue to be here to hop in and enjoy the world you helped curate. I still have some original players that will join and play when they can, but lets build this community even bigger and better than what it is.[/p]
As of right now the world is 2-3 months old with a 8,000x8,000 world border(expansions will come over time as the world fills up), with only very little progress made. Some locations on the map will be reset(Spawn, Some Players abandoned bases, Gaming District, Resource Collection landmarks, Farms that aren’t plentiful, and both the End and Nether) to open up space for new players. Some builds will be left to be found by new players for inspiration and or hopefully to want to keep building onto what was left by a previous player. This I hope creates something different from the rest of most others server out there today. I want not only present but past players to collaborate together in this way. I guess this turns me into some sort of vampire seeing all the changes a world will go through throughout its life time, with long term dedicated and quickly passing through players to observe.[/p]
I want to gather a community of players that would rather work together on projects vs. going off and creating their own single-player multi-player world. I’d hope the players work together, make friends, find and build with each other in the biggest groups possible to create civilizations to connect together to others. As of right now population is small but over time a small one man village can turn into an bustling city interconnected with others. Which brings me into the next thing.[/p]
Roleplay. If you are interested in doing Role Play such as creating a government with currency and “laws”, taxing, buying land, renting then this is the place for you. We don’t want to be constricting with these cause we want this server to also be fun, but also have this to play into how we curate our world over time. But “Laws” such as a certain amount of hopper carts allowed, and designing off switches for redstone contraptions will be a MUST when keeping a world for this length of time; We don’t have to specifically do everything I listed, or at all. As well as each civilization is able to go with different and outlandish ideas such as a sci-fi theme like ‘StarFleet Command - United Federation of Planets’ or all kinds of different societies or governmental styles. (Industrial, Agricultural, Democracy, Monarchy, Technocracy, Autocracy, Theocracy, etc). I just want the players here to build and ‘live’ their own fantasy or imaginative world right here in Minecraft with others to enjoy it with.[/p]
As far as creating new civilizations that all get’s approved through hierarchy and as of right now there’s only me myself and I until we appoint others and so on. As far as ‘approval’ goes, that’s just “talk” as in everything get’s approved duh, c’mon now just roleplay this with me also if you’re actually reading through this, congratulations you have the higher chance of getting accepted. Please leave the word ‘creative’ in your application to help me during approval process.
Things that are more communal projects such as Market Place(shopping district), Spawn Town, Gaming District, Industrial Park(communal farms, helps decrease lag due to keeping a world for longer periods), Interconnecting Rail Roads should 100% be collaborated with everyone on the server. As we all are going to be enjoying this world together, everyone is given a voice and opinion on these communal projects before anything gets started. First off, KreAtor's World is not the official name of the server, as members join I'd like for all of us to come up with a name together
This server is a new 1.16.3 now 1.16.4 Vanilla Whitelisted server. With around currently 15 active players. I am looking to still build upon that while maintaining the close knit group of people feeling. Here to create a community of people who lean towards the builder aspect but enjoy everything about Minecraft.
About & Gameplay:
I am generally looking for people that like to build towns, cities, cottages, kingdoms, etc. Although I do like my redstone contraptions, I want the main top land to be covered in beautiful buildings that maybe even sometimes tell a story. I am looking for anyone with interest in roleplay type style, such as an Medieval Kingdoms with rulers, Modern Cities with Economies, Nordic/Fantasy with Magic and Lore, or even Futuristic/Sci-fi with technology & redstone.
Redstone is very much welcome, but i'd say to try your best at hiding those contraptions the best that you can. Also big IMPORTANT thing, is I am not looking for the next guy that knows how to make redstone contraptions or amazing farms... Just about every application says that, so it's not really a skill anymore at this point.. I wanna see people's skills like "Modern homes" etc. I enjoy my redstone and farms as much as the next person, and one would say they're essential.. So I would like to see a little more of your creative sides when applying
My goal with this world is to keep it for as long as possible. I generally like to keep playing in worlds for longer amounts of time. As mentioned above, we all take breaks sometimes. And when we are feeling crafty again we don't want to log in and find that the world has been reset and it's time to start all over again. That being said, this doesn't mean that a reset can't or won't happen. Because at times it seems that's the only way to freshen things up, although I find moving out to a new area leaving everything behind is a great way to start all over, but I digress. I'd like to at least get most of the current 8,000x8,000 world pretty filled up by the time a reset does come around.
I want to encourage players to build and work together as much as possible. Various projects to work together on such as Shopping/Trading areas, Spawn Town, Gaming and Theme Park are a great way to band together. I want to have the feeling that this is a server a people playing together, rather than people playing a server doing their own single player projects. Although those are still welcome, I just want to get people working together doing things as much as possible.

Marvelous is a new Vanilla Survival Whitelisted safe community for players to Build, Mine, and Craft anything that their heart desires. We are a detail building oriented server, currently with only two players FeraliciousVex and myself. This server is just as much community oriented as we are build oriented. We want to find players who have the same interests as we do and are looking to build relationships, collaborating on projects, and in general having a fun and relaxing time in their free time. We want players that play together, rather than someone who is thousands of blocks out and only pops up on our chat box.
Our Goals/Plans:
We want to prolong the life of this server for as long as we can. We as builders know that there is vast expansion to be made, and we won't stop anytime soon! We want players to collaborate as much as possible. We encourage teaming up and creating bases together, or working on projects together. Then to access them open up a file browser on your computer, seeing that notification on the right tells me you're using Windows 10? Here to create a community of people who lean towards the builder aspect but enjoy everything about Minecraft.
About & Gameplay:
I am generally looking for people that like to build towns, cities, cottages, kingdoms, etc. Although I do like my redstone contraptions, I want the main top land to be covered in beautiful buildings that maybe even sometimes tell a story. I am looking for anyone with interest in roleplay type style, such as an Medieval Kingdoms with rulers, Modern Cities with Economies, Nordic/Fantasy with Magic and Lore, or even Futuristic/Sci-fi with technology & redstone.
Redstone is very much welcome, but i'd say to try your best at hiding those contraptions the best that you can. Also big IMPORTANT thing, is I am not looking for the next guy that knows how to make redstone contraptions or amazing farms... Just about every application says that, so it's not really a skill anymore at this point.. I wanna see people's skills like "Modern homes" etc. I enjoy my redstone and farms as much as the next person, and one would say they're essential.. So I would like to see a little more of your creative sides when applying
My goal with this world is to keep it for as long as possible. I generally like to keep playing in worlds for longer amounts of time. As mentioned above, we all take breaks sometimes. And when we are feeling crafty again we don't want to log in and find that the world has been reset and it's time to start all over again. That being said, this doesn't mean that a reset can't or won't happen. Because at times it seems that's the only way to freshen things up, although I find moving out to a new area leaving everything behind is a great way to start all over, but I digress. I'd like to at least get most of the current 8,000x8,000 world pretty filled up by the time a reset does come around.
I want to encourage players to build and work together as much as possible. Various projects to work together on such as Shopping/Trading areas, Spawn Town, Gaming and Theme Park are a great way to band together. I want to have the feeling that this is a server a people playing together, rather than people playing a server doing their own single player projects. Although those are still welcome, I just want to get people working together doing things as much as possible.
To give you an idea of what kinds of builds I expect, here are a few of my own along with some images of builds from friends that I play with on another server from time to time. The Server:
The server is inspired by Hermit Craft. We have similar data packs, but more included from Xisuma's VanillaTweaks data pack.

Rules:
Use of Modded clients that give you an advantage are not allowed (x-ray, etc.) [Acceptable Mods: Optifine, MiniMap and if it helps you to build Litematica is welcome.
Griefing/Stealing will not be tolerated. If it happened to be creeper accident, please try to fix it up as best as possible and leave a sign for explanation.
Age Requirement 18+ (doesn't mean anyone younger can't be accepted, just in general looking for mature community)
PvP is allowed when both parties are mutual

What is Marvelous about?
Marvelous is a new Vanilla Survival Whitelisted safe community for players to Build, Mine, and Craft anything that their heart desires. We are a detail building oriented server, currently with only two players FeraliciousVex and myself. This server is just as much community oriented as we are build oriented. We want to find players who have the same interests as we do and are looking to build relationships, collaborating on projects, and in general having a fun and relaxing time in their free time. We want players that play together, rather than someone who is thousands of blocks out and only pops up on our chat box.
Our Goals/Plans:
We want to prolong the life of this server for as long as we can. We as builders know that there is vast expansion to be made, and we won't stop anytime soon! We want players to collaborate as much as possible. We encourage teaming up and creating bases together, or working on projects together. We want to fill this server with cottages, towns, cities, provinces, countries, whatever your imagination comes up with. We are also very fond of mixing redstone mechanics, villager trading, farms, etc.. into all of our builds. Roleplay is also a great way to have some extra fun while playing the game. Such as creating our own currencies, having rulers/leaders/presidents of certain towns. Having the theme of builds all based off of a certain era. Thing big!
What makes us different?
We are a family here, we invite people in to enjoy the aspects of Vanilla Minecraft and expand on that. We have a safe environment for people to play, and a lasting place that will be here a year down the road and on! We are community and build oriented and are very interested in roleplaying. We want to have a range of small to large builds spread out all across this map. Build one city, awesome, move on to another! We aren't your money scrounging type of server. There are no ranks on this server, the game is played the way the game was developed to be made. Aside from possible one player sleeping.

How much time can you afford per week (Hours)?: I do have a job to attend to, but generally 3 or more hours a day after work during the week, on the weekends more because I have a different schedule those days. Generally 15-20 hours a week, especially with days off. You might not see me log off on those day
How can you contribute to the server?: I hope to contribute to the well being of the server, and just have an overall great experience building. I hope to build a city/town in the future all while contributing to spawn, and whoever else's projects need a different perspective or view. I want to be able to create some new friendships on this server and see where it goes from there
Tell us a bit about your hobbies (sports, music, video games ;)?): I love games, but don't usually buy a ton. I like buying one and putting most of my time into it. Definitely Minecraft, then there's GTAV, Destiny, Batman: Arkham Knight, Just Dance 2015 (ooooh yes, yes I do indeed play this.) I love all sorts of music, generally listen to R&B, Rap, Hip Hop, Pop type stuff. I don't play much sports, but I do love to work with computers. I do a little bit of Web Developing and hope to do more in the field of Computer Programming.
Why do you want to join this community?: I have been searching near and far for a community that hopefully will stick around longer than a couple months. I want to be able to join a server where I can fulfill a goal of mine, which is to build a town/city. I want to be able to collaborate with other players while getting to know them. I want to become friends with people over the fun ol' classic game of Minecraft.

What part of the world are you from?: I live in United States of America, Utah.
What kind of builder are you?: I don't really know. I kinda take all different kinds of building styles such as Nordic, Medieval and just kinda mesh them together into my own building style. I do like building cities or towns. I generally like to build buildings that have meaning to them. Not just to have another house, but they all have a purpose, or atleast a roleplaying meaning.
What times (please include time zone) do you normally play?: I live Mountain Time Zone. I will usually play after work which for during the week usually after 6, and then on Saturday's and Sunday's I will be on after 3. Day's that I have off usually I like to use up mostly on Minecraft. My schedule does change up a lot but I am definitely committed to a server when I start it!
How many days do you normally play each week?: I haven't been playing much lately, because of the reason of not having a Vanilla Survival server to play on. Hopefully this server can help me get back into Minecraft and not lose all my progress because of some inactivity.

What can you bring to the realm that others can't?: Lame jokes, overlooked by some hopefully fantastic to look at builds. No seriously I hope to bring some fun to this server. Build some amazing creations that will hopefully be long lasting. A friend that you can call to in a time of need whenever you need some supplies, or help building your own fantastic projects!
Why do you want to join this realm?: I want to play with a community that is hopefully active for the next year, to collaborate with each other. I want a place I can log onto every day and not be worried of losing my build and just be able to continue doing my grind. I do have the dream of building my own cities/towns, and hopefully this can be the place that I can fulfill that.

Awesome work! I just wanted to let you know that you can actually take a screenshot inside of minecraft! Using the F2 button on the top of your keyboard will take a screenshot. Then to access them open up a file browser on your computer, seeing that notification on the right tells me you're using Windows 10? With the File browser click in the address bar which is located right to the left of the search bar. And in there you want to type %appdata% and then double click on .minecraft, double click on screenshots, and voila!

06: Everyone on minecraft has their own building specialty. What is your building specialty? I generally love to add a splash of redstone to things, but I am very good and just building different themed builds, and terraforming!
