Hey, you should add support for 32x (really 2x bigger) char.png textures, since I don't imagine it would be hard. The resolution for them is 128x64, by the way.
When I try to load a certain part of the map, it's spamming a incorrect chunk format in file: index 3884 offset 146433 sector 572 (Chunk (coords)) had an error: error('Error -5 while decompression data) error.
Apparently, this is incompatible with X-Ray. If I try adding X-Ray after Wild Grass, black screen. Wild Grass after X-Ray equals the grass being completely transparent, meaning you can see down into caves and stuff. I know this probably can't be fixed (even tried them both in Mod Loader, same result), because they use the same part of bw.class (AFAIK, anyway. I'm no good at Java so I have no clue.), but I just wanted to post this as a "heads-up" to anyone who wishes to use these mods simultaneously.
Have you re-textured the dirt and stuff aswell? Or did something just happen with the download, because the stone next to dirt look strange.
No, I didn't texture the dirt. IMO, I didn't want it to be completely chrome, just the stone and others. But I might make a dirt texture if I have some time.
Hello, I have made a lot of texture packs and have worked on this and I think it is good to release the pre-alpha!
What is this?
This is a minecraft skin pack that makes it look more futuristic or chrome. I also included a new looking glass and a cool looking torch skin (it fits the theme). Wood looks like iron bars (sorta), trees have little iron things in them, and saplings have tiny little iron specks on them. It was originally made to replace stone with iron, but I decided to have fun with the textures and the end result looked nice. Note, I am nowhere near completely done.
Some people who's eyes aren't the greatest might not be able to tell the difference between Cobblestone and Smoothstone. I can't fix this.
Some people may not like the cobblestone texture nor the torch texture. The original ones are pasted in one of the "future block" ones and all you have to do is copy them and paste them over the new ones. Mossy Cobblestone included.
Hello, I remember seeing a mod where if you held ctrl and scrolled it would change the in-game time. Anyone know what I am talking about and has it been updated for 1.2.3? If it has, does anyone have a download link?

Awesome!

Weird, because that part of the map works fine in-game and in map viewers.

EDIT: Okay, it works on Python 3.1, but it doesn't do anything to the map.

Any screens?
Sure, have a look:

Where's the download link?
The download link is here:

Download the .zip and put it in your texturepacks folder.
I am open to changes and criticism, as long as it is constructive.
