Clocks are redstone wire currents constantly going around, and most of which eventually burn out from fps faults. From what I see there, you could easily reroute those torches to make a clock that does not actually burn out. It is just a matter of making some more redstone wires off of each torch, and that current becomes a clock in itself. The timing for each paticular signal... Count the time it takes for each torch to flicker. I think you might have stumbled on a brilliant invention in redstone logic, the non-burning-out clock!

I waited almost a full minute before clicking on your link while trying to guess what a Trouch was. I had high hopes that it was some new awesome gadget.

You've got your Trouches powering themselves and they're shorting out and resetting rapidly. Looks really cool though!
