It's more of a question of maturity than age. There are many older kids that can get distracted by a phone, and there are many younger kids with phones that are still extremely productive. Although age is usually a good indicator of maturity, they're not directly correlated. However, even if an electronic device is given to an immature kid who will get distracted, as long as there's parental regulation on the amount of the device's use and what the usage is, that kid should be fine.
Edit: After reading most of the thread, Dextrous, dissecting others posts is somewhat of a ****-move. Then further contracting their posts to your ideals is even more so. Just a note
I wouldn't say so. Dissecting is useful for addressing specific ideas that are only presented in sections of the post. As long as you keep ideas together and don't leave any of their post out, I think it's a very valid way to respond.
You didn't see all the submarine video did you..... If you did you would see that they have the same face and same body motion...
If I wanted to convince someone that the 1337guin was real, and there was already an unproved video of one, wouldn't I want to make mine look the same as that one, so then there'd be two confirmed sighting of the same thing, rather than sightings of different things?
And, your post count probably isn't going up because posts in Forum Games and Contact Forum Administration don't count towards your total.
EDIT: It doesn't look like you post in either of those, too much (although I can't see in CFA). Are you sure you're not just miscounting how much your total has increased?
Transferring over computer doesn't cost money. Although you can buy iExplorer, the demo works fine for what you need to do.
1. Download iExplorer.
2. Open iTunes.
3. Open iExplorer with the device you wish to copy a world from plugged in.
4. Go to your applications. (In iExplorer)
5. Open Minecraft Pocket Edition. (In iExplorer)
6. Follow this path: Documents > games > com.mojang > Minecraft Worlds
7. There should be a folder in there for every world you currently have on that device. Drag the world(s) you wish to copy onto your desktop.
8. Unplug the device, and plug in the device you wish to put the world on.
9. Open iExplorer again.
10. Go to your applications. (In iExplorer)
11. Open MCPE. (In iExplorer)
12. Follow this path: Documents > games > com.mojang > Minecraft Worlds
13. Drag the world folder from your desktop into the Minecraft Worlds folder.
14. You're done!
It was made in 2003. Don't you think it is weird that the same kind of mermaid shows up in the submarine video?
No, not in he slightest. Both animators that made the "Mermaids" would want to make their mermaid look the way modern-day believers think they look; Semi-humanoid looking top half, and a fish tail for the bottom half. If every "real video" looked different, then it would be even more glaringly obvious that they're fake.

Approximately 7 billion and counting.

Right click on the image and select "Copy image URL".
Alternatively, if the photo is on your computer and not online, here's a guide that I'm really glad someone made.

There's totally not a watermark in the middle of the photo.
I'm gonna also have to agree with tigers, though.

No, they just last for when you have the exact amount of posts required.

You just saw something called CGI.

I was 6' when I was 13. Being tall can be a bit of a pain sometimes.
