It doesn't seem so, as MineCraft doesn't store who hit the button.

Me and my girlfriend's third anniversary is in October, and I wanted to do something special. I recently got a little soprano ukulele, and have decided to play for her (and record, if she likes it) "our" song by her favorite band. The problem is, all the tabs and chords that I can find online are for guitars! If you'd like to help, please see if you could "convert" them into ukulele chords, I would be SO grateful. If you can't, I also have a link to the song that an experienced player with a good wr can use to find the chords. Or if you could find chords/tabs online-- equal appreciation from me, but that might be the easiest. I'd do a more extensive search on the computer, but it decided to have a little coffee bath. Rhanks, KM555

The song is Everybody's Better, by The Mighty Mighty Boss Tones.

Please tell me you aren't referring to Orbital. Yes wonky is a bad song, but they are one of the best bands ever.
Have no fear, I have never heard of them.

When I say techno is easy to make, I don't mean that all people can do it in 20 minutes. Of course it requires lots of talent, and I do enjoy it. I guess I should rephrase it, I don't like it when a "composer" just Autotunes his/her cat meowing to a snappy beat. It can be difficult to make techno, believe me--I have tried a few times and every single one was an absolute failure. I think, though, that it's harder to write a song for and play a guitar (if it's relatively complex) than it is to plunk down bits of music in techno. Not saying all techno's bad; just some of the "underground" (IE not good enough to be accepted into the mainstream) music.

Rock and Roll and Metal. To me, music is only good when you can tell their hearts were put into it.

I feel the same way. I hate it when people make crappy music. Techno usually, because it's so easy to make and share.

I want to know, what do you think makes a song good? Obviously, somebody on their way to a swim meet is going to want to listen to a faster, more upbeat tune, but somebody settling down for bed would much rather enjoy a slower, more relaxing melody. In general, what sorts of music do you like? Rap? Rock and Roll? Metal? Reggae? Something slow, or something quick? Quiet, or loud and harsh? I personally enjoy ska (essentially fast reggae), classic rock, as long as the guitar "makes sense" (not just somebody pounding out random chords), and generally a more upbeat, happy song. What about you?

Hello, this is KirbyMaster555. Now, I know that this must have been done 50,000 times before, but I have no modding skill and I need a very simple mod. All it has to do is show me in the enchantment GUI what clicking each button will give the weapon: E.G. Silk Touch II, Aqua Affinity IV, etc. It doesn't have to let me choose the enchantment, just show me what it is. Also, it must be client-side so somebody could use it on a server without the server and all of its members installing it. The mechanics SHOULD NOT change, just have the enchantments show the true name of the enchantment you'll get. If you know the name of a mod that already does this, please tell me, and if you're super awesome, please post a link to it as well.

    Thanks!

This is a very fun way that you can get yourself ready to do some survival in the Superflat world type. It's the same idea, but in the classic world.
    Rules:
    1. You may not stay in a single place for more than two MC days.
    2. You may have chests, but you must take them with you; no leaving them.
    3. If you'd like, spawn a map. However, you may NOT go within 100 blocks of one of your old shelters if you do this.
    4. You may break down a house or fill in a cave that you live in if you please.
    5. At night, you must make a house with at least five blocks to stand on. It must be "airtight" (no holes in the ceiling or walls). Doors and hatches are optional.
    6. You ARE allowed to wander caves and build little rooms to live in. It will be tougher, but it is possible. This is not recommended if you're trying to train for a Superflat world; there are no caves in those.
    7. You may make any farm you like: but remember that you may stay in a home for TWO days maximum.

    When you have:
    -3 gold bars
-Enough iron to make a full set of tools (11 ingots). This doesn't mean that they haven't yet been crafted into items: if you have an iron pickaxe and 8 iron ingots, that's fine.
    -Two stacks (128) of seeds
    -A bed
    -A chest
    -A furnace
    -A crafting table
-10 "drumsticks" of your food bar's worth of food
And a place to make your home.

Have fun, and good luck! Post some screenshots!

Once, on a new world, I was in deep trouble. I had started in the middle of a desert, and spent many of my hungerpoints getting to a forest. I had no bed, and lots of great stuff. My farm was simply not growing fast enough. I needed bonemeal! However, when I realized this, it was just dawn. I found no skeletons, and was forced to stand in my little house for a day. Well, I say no more!

We have beds to skip night, we should have ways to skip the day as well! Check out some of my ideas.

Books: Ah, what a way to waste the day! I would love to pull out a book in MC, bury my face in it, and look up to see the moon rising, and the sun just peeking over the horizon.

Sculpting: Sculpture is a wonderful release and way to spend your time. By getting a clay block, you could while away the sunny hours creating a wonderful little creeper to put on your windowsill. This would, however, require new items, and possibly new blocks/entities for the sculptures to be placed.

Fire: Who doesn't love to cook a hot dog or a marshmallow over a toasty fire! Sit back with a bit of meat, and spend some time cooking it the old-fashioned way, before they made furnaces! Simply right-click the fire with meat, and spend some time cooking it. It would only take as long as it would in a furnace, so don't expect to spend twelve hours cooking a pork chop!

These are my ideas, comment and tell me what you think!

I wouldn't like a full economy implemented in MC. Trading items (such as emeralds) with the odd villager okay, but I like the empty, wilderness feel of the game, and to have a full economy over many villages would spoil that. Leave that to SMP servers and mods, keep it out of the official game.

I didn't mean a total economy, I meant for SMP, you could surround the multiplayer economy around the emerald as a currency. I agree, it'd be kinda stupid to have cities in MC.

I believe it is 'Emeralds', not 'EMERALS!1!1'.

Sorry, I had been looking at Dolan comics (if you don't know what they are, DON'T look them up; beyond Not Safe For Work, and also very disturbing), and have been chanelling Dolan since. Never gonna do that again!

Thanks for that! To all of those who were angry at me for not including this, I'm sorry; I was too hurried earlier to include it. Thanks to Slyfoxx, I guess I don't have to! :D Thanks bro(broette, if applicable)!

With the upcoming addition of emeralds in MineCraft 1.3, we have to consider what they could do. Emeralds are generated between level 2 and 31 in the Extreme hills and extreme hills edge biomes, but Jeb plans to make it so they DON'T spawn at all! You'll have to trade with villagers to get emeralds, but oh, well.

Emeralds, as we've said, are REALLY hard to get, and their rarity will only increase with time. I think that they should stay as an official currency; those stupid iConomy type mods will be a thing of the past! Banks will have a real meaning, and new kinds of jobs will be created, especially with the writable books. What do YOU think?

    TO CLARIFY:
Emeralds WILL be obtainable; you'll have to look for a villager buying what you have, and trade for some emeralds. If you'd like proof that the ore no longer spawns, check out this tweet: https://twitter.com/...119318612320256.

I also have mastered several plugins, including MCMMO, iConomy, and Bookworm.
