No. FPS stands for 'frames per second' which works with your CPU (processor)
I'll try to explain, think of a stop motion movie.
Every slide is a frame, the higher amount of frames in a second the faster the preview.
So if Minecraft were running at 15 fps, you'd only see 15 frames every second and that's not horribly slow but it is slow.

A high amount of memory (RAM) is also required to prevent crashes.

I got my Gaming PC prebuilt for $600 and I can run games like Bioshock Infinite on high settings with atleast 50 fps.
An estimated price if you wanted a laptop to run Minecraft smoothly would be about the same. (I'm not super strong with computers but I do know some stuff)
Windows 8 is a horrible choice honestly. I've had it with my computer and if you don't have 8.1 new users will be clueless because there is no start button. Windows 7 is the same thing.

So today I got on my computer and I did what I normally do before I start playing games. Go on websites to see what happened and what I can find. But something I noticed is whenever I scroll down wierd things happen:

-Mouse wheel stops scrolling
-Scrolls up at points when I'm trying to go down
-Stuck on the same spot for 3 seconds (goes down but jumps back to where it was)

I cleaned out that specific area with a sharp thin blade I used before to fix my LMB problem where I would have to double click. I blew on the area to get rid of anything that might've been blocking it but it wont stop.

Any assistance?

*My mouse is a mouse that comes with the computer that I've had for a good year now

I went to play Blacklight Retribution. I'm using the exact same login information I wrote on a piece of paper that I went over maybe 17 times. Yet when I login on both servers it says incorrect login information, so when I reset my password it works but it resets my account - so I lost my Level 10 (haven't played for long) agent.

What's wrong?

UPDATE: Found out it was my username. Ignore.

Luckily I have my old mouse from my old PC that still works fine. Of course I have to clean it up a bit because it's pretty dirty.

Yes, that is a lot more secure. Both ways work just as well.

Upload your save files to an online storage like Dropbox. It's what I used to transfer important files to my new PC since my USB corrupted.
They will not change or affect in any way as long as you transfer them correctly.

This is why I just find sticks from outside and pretend they're weapons.
