I can deduce that the Tails mod is missing the coremod FoxLib which is resulting in the server crashing. If you do not have FoxLib installed you can acquire it from its CurseForge page here: FoxLib
Seeing you are using Forge 1.7.10, you will want to use FoxLib-1.7.10.0.7.0.jar.
If the server errors out after this, please send another run of the fml-server-latest.log.
