posted a message on enchantment tables will be a big target for stealing in PvP
Personally, I plan to rig my enchantment table up to a system that causes the room to explode when you attempt to touch my book.

Surely, the only way to survive will be to have enchantments on your armor, which will make stealing my enchanting table pointless as you already had access to your own enchanting table.

It'll be like a bad inception parody.

To call potions a blatant RPG ripoff is ridiculous. With all the RPG's You've played, I'm quite sure you know the necessity of buffs. More often than not they are needed for just squeaking by something without suffering a horrible loss.

Name one time in Minecraft you will ever NEED underwater breathing, decreased fall damage, blahblahblah. You won't. Minecraft does not construct its worlds to limit how far you can go with what you have. (save for the nether, but that's a wee different.) So, considering you DON'T NEED the potions to 'win' minecraft, I wouldn't say the potions a Blatant Rpg ripoff.

I can understand that you don't think Snow golems and Mooshrooms are minecraft-y enough for this game, but at that same time I can say that you don't know the end result of minecraft, and therefore these same things you whine about now might cause you to drop everything in the future to play with some cubes. Didn't your mother ever tell you not to judge a book by it's cover? Well, believe it or not, despite the rapid release of all these tests, we're still in beta, buddy. Most we have right now is a cover paragraph, first chapter tops.

More still, You and all these other 1.9b QQ'ers should feel absolutely ashamed at all the ruckus you're making. I remember when Minecraft had about 5-6 items with no purpose whatsoever, and NOBODY SAID A THING. Wanna know why? We were having fun, playing a game we enjoyed to its core and didn't care whether or not we finally got our clocks and maps and torch blocks because we actually enjoyed the game for what it was. Notice how many times I re-iterate enjoying yourself, because I don't think 90% of this community has what it takes to do that anymore.

On top of this, don't you dare say you speak for the old timers of this game. Maybe some might agree with you, but I can practially GUARANTEE the people from Indev are still eating this game up.

It's a shame so many people scream "I don't want this game to be an RPG/Shooter/Blank" while still practically demanding for 'more things to do' in a sandbox or 'for the cartoon-y factor' of minecraft to be removed; all while cursing Mojang's for not creating ground breaking additions every update.

    "Praise be to Notch"

    "Snake? Snake?!
    SNAAAAAAKE!!!"

    and of course:

"Random sign is..." and nearby would be "A distance away. Expect that?"

I want this, btw. Fits in with the random quotes next to the minecraft logo.
