Hello I'm new to learning Java and have a few mopd ideas but I'm curious how you can edit the code without it being scrambled? I'm only using notepad and eclipse so far to learn Java any help appreciated!

About the Bedrock it would be cool because it would be permenant. To bad you can't get wool in Multiplayer because taht would be the best build material for a toilet. Hey Guys me and my friend want to build a giant toilet that has a mine cart you can ride all the way into the bowl and ride it in a spiral fashion. Anyone recommend a server that is kinda goofy in that respect but not full of griefers? I think it would be a fun project. Cheers.

Yeah and the funny part is he leaves at about this time so he'll be walking by soon. He's actually a cool boss but it never hurts to look busy. BTW I work as a network admin. So Usually I'm only busy when something breaks ext. The trick is though that you never want people to know your bored or you might lose your usefullness. Still when I'm needed it reminds them of why I'm payed to be here.
Hey does anyone know of a good place that I can keep up with the updates? I don't have alot of time to play minecraft right now. But I'd still like to see the changes and keep up to date. Basically like patch notes that blizzard uses. The last time I played was right after the halloween update. Anything cool added?

Thanks And yes it was originally made from Dirt but then grass grew on it and I kept trying to contol the grass but then I was like hmm maybe Lava will kill it so I added Lava Streams then I was like screw it Ill make it out of Obsidian so it will be black. I poured Water down the Lava Streams And notice All the Lava except the first block turned to stone. I was like ok cool so Did that to the whole Dirt Volcano. Now that we have Red Hell Blocks I'll experiment with those and see how they look. I have to admit the dirt did look much better but the grass ruined the effect plus the grass stays even with lava on it which is really the hard Part about controlling the growth of it. If you do make one I would Recommend making a Large Stone Outline as a base So the Dirt you use can never come in ocntact with other Grass blocks.
Hey someone mentioned in the Halloween update that they wish there was a volcano biome. So I thought it would be fun to make one. Here it is in all it's glory and yes it's fun watching animals die when they hop up it.
I'm not sure if this is so obvious nobody has bothered to post it here, but to build my gate I didn't want to fool around under ground for hours looking for diamonds to make my pick. So heres what I did...
First step is finding lava and crafting buckets to carry it up with to where you want your gate. Then build a mold of sand around the bottom layer placing a three block hole in the center, place the lava source blocks in the hole and power water over to craft the obsidian blocks right where you need them, this method cuts down on time spent picking away at the blocks and you avoid the chance of the mined block dropping into the lava.
The process is like this
Don't forget on each layer you need to hit it with water to create the block!

Also Make sure the last block you turn to Obsidian is one of the top parts also someone mentioned you can leave the corners out and portal will still work but I Like the way the square one looks better.
