posted a message on Mod that keeps inventory?

I think it depends on how you want it done. I'm not aware of a mod that simply lets you keep all your stuff, mostly because the keep inventory gamerule is a thing. If you're mostly concerned about your stuff not despawning, there's at least one gravestone mod, though I forget the name of it. Might even just be called gravestones, heh. If you want your equipment/tools, I think ender IO has a soulbound enchantment, and Tinker's Construct has a modifier that does similar.

Do you get that when going into your inventory, too? Seemed like my frames died when I was moving some things around.

posted a message on Tinkers Construct Help - using resonant rise (resonant rise 3.2.7.2-rc) mod pack

Is there a recipe for turning gravel into flint in the pack? If not, try to find a village with a tinker's hut.

There is one that might do what you want. Magnanimous Tools. Build them and they slowly get better as you use them.

posted a message on Alternative to the Autonomous Activator for Tinkers Construct? CLOSED

Ah, you want to turn them into the experience. Aye, I think collecting it from a grinder and a spawner is the best bet. Amusingly, I actually like to put a weapon in an autonomous activator and funnel mobs from a spawner to it and get the xp from that, heh.

posted a message on Help with testing out/reviewing my modpack?

Sweet :) Have some more input, heh. Most of the mod seems to work pretty well together, though I haven't been able to dive too deep into it just yet, but there are two that stick out: Millionaire and the Mo' Creatures mods. The Millionaire cities seem to be spawning everywhere. I haven't been able to wander for far at all without stumbling across them in every semi-flat space I stumble over. Additionally, the extra creatures are everywhere, cluttering the surface. Even more annoying, they seem to randomly grow aggressive.

I think those two really stick out because so many of the other mods make wandering around so interesting. Lucky Block, Ruins, etc, there's a lot of cool things to discover by just going out and exploring. I'm going to try poking around the settings to see if they're things I can fix on my end. Either way, nice mod pack :)

    Edit

I turned the frequency of everything down to one, so I'm only up to my knees in critters, instead of well over my head :P I think I know why some of the critters are becoming aggressive: Evilcraft. It looks like it defaults to creating several vengeance spirits when a world generates, and I think they possess random mobs and go after the player.

posted a message on Top 10 Minecraft seeds Best for 1.10 update (2016)
That one with the witch huts is tasty. It even has some extreme hills going into ocean, which I've been looking for. Even better, there's an ocean monument right next to where I want to build.

posted a message on Quad witch hut seeds for all
Witch huts seem to be a rather common request for seeds, and I've spent the last several days looking for seeds that have one or more huts in easy distance. There have been seeds for quad huts, but as far as I can tell, they're for 1.6. Here is a set of seeds with quads that work for 1.8.

    Seed (coordinates)
    -599441677884 (352 880)
    497294639715 (-496 -512)
    -1824583567344 (1904 1888)
    -608948935578 (880 16)
    12412285992 (368 -1008)

Before you ask how I got them, they were on a youtube comment on one of TheCodeRaider's videos for older quad seeds, by a MrSnapchip.

    So there you are, enjoy!
