All you have to do is open up your inventory, hold down X, then a pop-up will come up saying: "Are you sure you want to clear your inventory?"

There can be a trashcan icon, and when you drag an item on top of the trashcan it gets rid of that item.
When you first look at an Enderman they will not move as long as you keep the crosshairs on them. They only move once you "look away." Hence, Staring Contest.
Get every different death message in the game. This includes same death messages by different mobs (I.e. Slain by spider, and slain by zombie are two different messages) (Inspired by Geoff)

Another way is to enchant a pair of boots with feather falling. I'm not sure if this enchant is available in the 360 version since I play primarily on PC, but it does reduce fall damage. Not negate entirely though.
Yes, we are allowed to enchant boots with feather falling on Xbox as well. And to ZAYN_W0LF's suggestion, I never knew you could do that with lava. With a fire resistance potion, of course.
Current on Minecraft Xbox 360, Minecraft only has 20 achievements. That might seem like alot, but one of the games I play has 91 achievements (that might be a bit overboard, but it still proves a point that Minecraft Xbox 360 doesn't have many achievements compared to other games). So here is my long, and currently still growing, list of achievements. You can add if you like, but if you do please state how many gamerpoints the achievement will give you (surely, they're called gamerpoints right?). (Also, some of the achievement names I made are quite silly so...)
- You get this if a creeper goes behind you without you realizing (15 Gamerpoints)
- Kill 100 mobs (20 Gamerpoints)
- Plant one of each kind of sapling (10 gamerpoints)
- Get yourself poisoned (in any way you like) after hitting some grass (20 gamerpoints)
- Destroy 15 flowers within a 1 minute period (10 gamerpoints)
- Travel to all four corners of the world (15 gamerpoints)

OR we can just blow up TNT with redstone - this idea really isn't needed. We already have ways to blow up TNT.

I agree on the iron boat, however I don't think the iron boat should break ice blocks at top speed.
