I have a sapphire 7850. I'm running SEUS 1.0 RC6 and Optifine 1.4.6 HD U A3. I'm also running sphax 512x512. When I break a block, the block starts to turn dark blue. I am also getting reddish lines on the edges of blocks in the water.

Nope, but it does have "apps" that you can download.
Chrome is also much faster than internet explorer and noticeably faster than Firefox.
And if you want my opinion, I just like the '"feel" of chrome.
they just recently added apps, but they have had add ons for quite a while calling them "extensions". The extensions can be found right under apps on the chrome web store.
