- Fixed door UV mapping
- Updated texture and model of bed for Minecraft 1.9 - 1.11 (1.12 changed bed into an entity so custom model no longer used)
- Added colored beds
- All colored glass now supports connecting textures

So far the only mod support is for CTM connecting textures (Optifine). No other mod support is planned yet as I still have to complete vanilla textures. I would definitely like to support some popular mods in the future through!
