For once, Jel's small size lent her an advantage, but unfortunately, she still sat on on a tall table. In her panic and confusion she was unsure of what to do, and she was debating jumping off the table. Coughing, she started towards the edge, but stopped when she felt the arms of Nora, whipping frantically through the air. Jel latched on and managed to teleport with Nora, coughing and now sick from the teleportation. Relief from the smoke was nice, but Jel was confused, and still coughing, near to collapse. At last, with one glimpse at the town now veiled in smoke, the little slime collapsed next to Nora.

((I am so sorry for being inactive for so long, this year has been going a hundred miles per hour right out of the gate and it's been hard to find the time, but I'm here now!))

    -Jel-

Jel was about to make some small attempt at small talk, fitting for a small slime. As she began to speak, as her luck would have it, a stray enderwoman-no, her companion from earlier, Nora-backed into her. She yelped and was pushed back, immediately assuming she was being assaulted. When Nora's screech of warning hit the air, it only did more to panic the young slime. Her green eyes, if you could call the squares inlaid into her body as such, grew as big as saucers.

"Fire?!" She twisted around, desperate to regather her self.

Jel jumped at the voice, and then relaxed, recognizing it as one of the enderwomen from earlier. Absorbing a small chunk of potato in her slime way, she turned to Ayva. "Oh, uh, hello again? Jel, here.."

Jel braced herself again for the teleportation and found it better the second time. Her eyes widened at all of the creatures and, particularly, all of the food. Jel wasn't even sure when the last time she'd had a substantial meal was. Just the smells of the food was enough to make her wobble. "Oh, good gracious," she muttered, "Yes, yes please. I may be small but I'm going to destroy that whole table." She hopped in that direction.

Jel gave a gelatinous facsimile of a nod. "I'll probably be ready, I wouldn't want to waste any time." She looked around at the desert landscape, plain and dry. The only interesting thing for miles was the village. "I agree. I hate the desert. It's hot, and tiring, and its wind hurts, and the ground sticks to me, and it's just plain boring. I'll be happy to leave it soon."

"Ah...Well, I can sympathize with your first teleportation, then. I'm a little bit sick, but better, now." Jel glanced at Teft again. "We're a lot closer now, aren't we?"

Jel shut her eyes, trying to ignore the odd sensation of teleportation. It turns out that slimes could, in fact, feel queasy. She wobbled uneasily in Nora's arms, the feeling of being carried new to her as well.

"You do that...on a regular basis?" Jel's voice also shook, although that could be contributed to her gelatinous, wobbly body. She opened her eyes cautioualy, surprised to see how much farther they had travelled.

"Wow..." Perhaps agreeing to travel with Nora was a better decision than she had originally thought. Once Nora had regained her energy, another teleport could half the time of travel again.

Jel stared blankly at the other enderwoman. Where were all these end creatures coming from and why did they all come to her? It was overwhelming indeed.

"Er, yeah, ready when you are." She glanced up at Nora. Jel had never teleported before, and she hoped it wouldn't hurt. She braced herself, just in case.

Jel looked up at the sky again, and then back to Nora. She then looked out towards Teft far in the distance. She sighed quietly.

"Alright...That...That might be better." Jel said, looking up at Nora.

Jel didn't even flinch when the next enderman showed up, more tired than afraid now. She shook her head slowly.

"I swear, if someone else shows up..." Jel looked at Nora peculiarly. "Uh, whatever you say?" She glanced up at the sky. Losing daylight. With her pace, it'd take her long into the night to reach Teft. She sighed quietly, hoping to get going soon.

Jel looked up at Nora. She surveyed the cape, silent for a moment, contemplating.

"Oh, uh...thank you... I appreciate the offer...but I don't feel right taking your property.." She said, glancing at the cape.

Jelly shifted her eyes between the two.

"So...you don't know each other...? And uh...yeah...Teft. I'm heading towards Teft." She said, still unsure. Jel winced as the breeze changed and blew the sand particles into her face, turning her gaze aside.

Jel jumped in surprise, seeing another enderwoman appear. She shimmied backward away from both of them. Even on her bottom, the new enderwoman was much larger than the small slime.

"I-Is this an ambush?! Were you distracting me so back up could come?!" Jel exclaimed, looking at the two enderwomen with fright.

Jelly sat still, thinking for a moment.

"Er...Uh...Sure...?" Jel was worried about upsetting the enderwomen, and well, she did have a point. "I have to warn you though...I'm...rather slow..." Not only was she naturally slow, but she was also tired from having been traversing the desert all day.

Jel hopped back, startled at the voice. She looked up at the newcomer, intimidated by the size of the new mob.

"Oh, goodness, um...Yes, I'm fine, just, making my way to uh, Teft is all..." Jel quavered, looking side to side for a place to hide if need be. Alas, there was no where to hide, and no way for Jel to outrun the enderwoman. She shimmied back slightly, sand from the wind sticking to her side, uncomfortable with how much of her fate this enderwoman could control.
