Guys im half way to version 0.1, im soo close to getting all the base code done, and then everything else will be fast as to do. Ill re update this thread soon!
Why you want to be on the server: I absolutely loove minecraft and LOTR, these things togethor would be the most amazing combination, and i have been waiting for ages for your server to be back up. I hope that bukkit doesent give you any issues.
Any Notable achievments in minecraft: I have been building in minecraft for about 1/2 a year on my own personal server and have been working on alot of team projects.
What you would bring to the server: I have alot of experience in middle earth and lord of the rings. I have been building lord of the rings maps and models for years and have alot of experience with the type of architecture used in alot of the realms.
I really hope you accept my server application to be a given a building rank, hopefully i will be building woth you guys soon :smile.gif:
Thanks all who offered to make sprites, but someone else has made some really good sprites that im really happy with, thanks again guys!! version 0.1 should be up in a few days at the most.
I have decided to move on to making a new mod after having a few hiccups with my previous mod (stove mod) i will resume working on stoveCraft after finishing this current mod. While i am coding this mod i still need a pixel artist, please contact me if you are interested.
Energon ore
Energon ore will be a new ore for the game that will be rarer than diamond. The ore will be found in the bottom 10 layers of the map and will create very powerfull tools. The ore will also have cool pulsating and particle effects.
Work progress
1.The ore itself(coded, and has sprites)
2.Energon(item)(finished)(hass sprites)
3. Energon tools(not implemented) (has sprites)
4.Energon buckets(not implemented)(has sprites)(will be able to pour 5 blocks of water instead of 1, and will pour 2 lava)
5.Energon cloak(will make mobs not attack you for a limited time while activated)

Ive been making this mod :http://www.minecraftforum.net/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=158185 and i have no idea how to make it so that it will work with mod loader, any help would be appreciated, currently i have been using MCP and editing main class files. Thanks guys
Check out the new sprites guys!!!! and the mod should be finished in the next few days, depending on when mike finishes his snail mob. This has also been a great learning experience as my first mod. Thanks for the support guys.
