I actually had a report about vegitarism(sorry for bad english XD) (which i was the only one who did) and basically there are tons of different kinds of vegitarian. some eat fish some don't, some drink milk some don't, some eat egg some don't (don't remember the name anymore). anyways it is not in the first couple off years you notice the lack off meat related amino acids and so forth, normally you don't notice it that much until around 10 years after "convertion"(ofcourse theese are the ones who don't take kreatin and so forth, and those who don't eat fish and yeaaa) there are 2 essential aminoacids in meat (keep notice essential) it is essential because the body can't produce it itself, some aminoacids are "producable", and some you need a dosage off, theese can cause damage after 10 years and so forth depending. It is a large amount off time since i did this raport though so umm yeaaaa, somethings go over another in the events off years (and i am not sure but i think you can obtain 1 off the essential aminoacids trough fish), that and alot of other things are in meat( because it's structure are closer to our structure) that we need.
as i said though you can easily live a healthy life while being vegan just don't stop using suplements and so forth.
anyways I tried being vegan for about 2 weeks and let me say Ladon what you say affect people differently, atleast for the first time period, I was so sick the last week i couldn't focus at all on school, i could hardly even get upp in the morning, my group did the same allthough only me and one other went trough with it (he was also very very unstable, grumpy and so forth the last week)...
