Agh, I've spent too much time posting on this thread, and like Rew said, i never thought I'd still be around for it's closing. Many rants, many congratulations, many applications, many appeals, but an overall very helpful, jocular, chill community that I'm glad I was a part of for around two years. Thank you Killion for introducing me to people on this server, some I call enemies, some I call friends. I'll miss this community no matter how many hiatuses I took, no matter the rants, no matter the hate. This server will always be my first, and I'm so freaking glad I was there to see it grow. RIP thread. Many sad moments have happened here, but I will only remember the euphoric times. Thank you Mark for indirectly welcoming me to Minecraft with such a wonderful community and server. When this is all over, I will always consider everyone a friend.
Peace dudes. This server has obviously gone downhill which saddens me because the potential of this server was great. It is sad to say this server will most likely quickly shut down if Mark does not do a hell of a lot of work to make it work again, which I'm not seeing. I remember the times this server had averaged 250 people on at a time, and a long way has brought us to 40. Thanks for a near 2 years. Who even are you? If you were in Wookeh's position and you were banned for a rule that was not enforced as a ban, you would be shocked as well. I don't know who uou are, but you obviously don't know the circumstances of the situation.
To be honest Wookeh should be unbanned. Because at that time there was no rule for that. So how was wookeh suppose to know it was a perm ban.
I completely agree. What Wookeh said was indeed wrong, but it was an unprecedented ban and should not have been a permanent ban. The extremity of his ban was definitely not as severe as some insults used even today, and those people are not banned, rather warned verbally or muted. I'm not saying Wookeh should be unbanned because I am acquainted with him, but because it is a wrongful ban and should not have resulted in one.

What makes you the best guard applicant?:
I think I'm the best guard applicant because I am a very experienced Killion Detention Center player. I have been playing for a while now and because I have been Citizen for some time, I think it's about time to apply for guard. Guard is such a prestigious position I would love to be accepted as. Guards have to be decent PvPers, responsible, unbiased, respectful, mature, and have to know right from wrong. I am all of these traits. Although 16 years old might be young, I am very mature for my age. I have never guarded before, but I think that becoming guard will help the KDC community.
I will help the C blockers, B blockers, and A blockers from being killed by the players with enchanted diamond armor. I will use the /jail with responsibility and will not abuse it. I respect all guards such as burnteggoz, SomethingAwes0me, and so on.
I have read all of the rules and will abide by all of them. Ever since C block, I have looked up to guards and said, "Maybe some day I will be like them." I wish to work with the guards and help them with any problems. I will protect the innocent and bring justice to the over powered players whom abuse them. Because I'm very active, I can assist and carry out the duty as guard at hours in which most guards aren't online.
Some reasons why you should pick me as guard is because I'm responsible, nice, kind of well known in the community, I'm a great PvPer, and I'm caring respectful. Everyone has experienced at least one time when they were killed by the people with the best armor and swords. These people who are abusing their power and killing, say, C blockers, must stop. Unlike them, I don't and will not abuse power. If I am chosen to the position as guard, peace will emerge in the prison and prison members will walk around without/with little interference.

What was the reason? Something intentional. I wanted to be banned at the time.

What was your current rank? Citizen. Why should you be unbanned? Basically, I just want to say hi to my old friends and see who remembers me. I used to be one of the "big dogs". I had a huge clan and lots of followers. I quit and got all my accounts banned on purpose because I played too much. I'm not going to buy an account unlock of course, I just want to go on for half an hour or so and say "hey" to all my old killion friends.

Lets start from the beginning. The Nether portal went up at 12pm today... It 2:45, and people are still fighting for it. However, they aren't, nor were ever in P4. All 10+ of them were in no armor, and almost all had stamped swords, or a KC item to kill others with. If this new plugin was implemented to increase and promote PvP on the server, or actual clan fights, you're doing it wrong. I tried capturing the portal today, and all that happened was me having to leave with P3 on due to numerous people just coming in and pot spamming me with poison, damage, weakness, and hitting me with S5 fishes, ban sticks, etc. I know, and you know, this isn't the PvP you wanted to promote on this server. Not only can no one capture the nether portal, but even if you bring armor, it is still near impossible to capture it due to KCO items and pot spammers.
This is getting out of hand and annoying many members of the community. Players have no intention to capture it, rather to troll others by throwing harmful potions and wailing on them with KC items, dying, and walking 5 blocks to kit do it again, and again. Once again, this isn't PvP. I'm sure the staff can agree the portal wasn't created to cause spam in chat, or let 10 players with KC items running around killing each other, and coming back to do it again at the portal some people actually need / want.
I have stated my problems, so here are some solutions.
1.) Move the capture building for the nether and shop. Like the End Portal, it is much farther away from spawn so people who did are less likely to come back just to hit people, damage their armor, and die. Both capture points for the nether and shop are wayy too close to spawn, so people don't mind walking the 10 blocks to hit others over and over, causing the spam of chat with various clans. Players rarely comes to the portal and shop anymore in armor because they don't want to possibly die by pot spammers or kids with S5 Fishes, which I'm sure wasn't the purpose of creating these capture points.
2.) Disable the hitting of players in diamond armor / iron armor in these capture points. What this means is that players with, say, a stamped diamond sword or ban stick cannot hit a player with P3 and a S5F2 unless the people with KC items have diamond or iron armor on. This will prevent players from just coming over to hit others off the portal and dying, causing the rage from many people. Disabling this will increase more people to actually come and fight instead of being immature kids and troll.
I hope you realize this isn't what PvP is, and that these capture points were a mistake unless they are changed.
Is there any transfer storage because I have lots of stuff in my FV plot which I don't want to lose and they don't fit in the bank (That's the reason why I have a plot..). Losing all that stuff would be a big waste of time..
