I am looking for an individual (or individuals) interested in possibly taking on a co-owner/administrative role in helping develop a server idea I’ve been sitting on for a while.
I am funding this personally and am simply seeking likeminded individuals that would share my passion for this little project and help make sure everything is done as best as it could be. I bring adequate experience in server management, having hosted 3 or 4 different vanilla communities in the past and have decent web-based knowledge when it comes to domain hosting, discord bots, and web design. An ideal candidate also shares previous server management or hosting experience, passion for the community we create, and any skills that could be considered useful (graphics design, web design, plugin development) are a huge asset.
The concept, which can be elaborated a bit further in conversation, is a vanilla Minecraft community built around player owned and governed nations, clans, and communities. The entire experience would effectively be vanilla Minecraft, therefore no plug-in based economy, just a player based one.

Created in 2019, DaftCraft is a whitelisted SMP community geared towards 18+ players who enjoy the vanilla Minecraft feel in a secure, stable, and friendly environment. Powered with plugins such as Votifier, Dynmap, CoreProtect and CMI, we provide our players with the vanilla Minecraft experience supplemented with quality of life tools for our players and staff.
DaftCraft went stagnant, however, and in 2021 we're back with a vengeance to rebuild our community and soar to new heights!
What Are We Looking For?
The framework is in place. The plugins are configured, the website is live, and the server is functional - essentially, the heavy lifting is over. I am seeking a like minded individual or individuals interested in an administrative or co-owner position on the server. Fresh minds to bounce ideas off of, to help DaftCraft take off, and to be a staple in its community as a leader.
The ideal candidate:
Is over the age of 18 and meets all requirements for whitelisting
Is located in North America
Is experienced with Minecraft both in and out of the game; including knowledgeable about the game, and skilled with playing it
Has enough free time to commit to a staff position and actively hold it
The following are not required, however would be considered a strong asset in a candidate:
Knowledgeable/experienced with back-end server administration
Knowledgeable/experienced with redstone programming
Previous experience in a server staff or administrator position
Previous experience as a supervisor or manager in any industry

Politica MC is an upcoming 1.16 Minecraft server based around the existence of nations and outlaws in a world of politics, power, and war. With the aim to keep a relatively vanilla experience, the server is being equipped with a power administration panel, a modified dynmap, and more.
The general concept of the server is that players can create and join nations in the world of Politica. When a nation is created, they have the choice to be an independent nation with their own government and rules, or they can join the International Union of Nations with a few small requirements.
Players that don't decide to join nations are outlaws or rogues. These players have the choice to simply play Minecraft as is, or interact with the nations that exist. However, if they fail to follow the laws of the nations, they may be subject to jail time, bounties, or kill-on-site orders.
What Is Ready?
So far, I've put together a decent website (complete with a domain name), as well as a Discord server for the community. I've also created the Minecraft server however the plugins aren't configured or ready for deployment.
What isn't ready includes some basic documentation (especially for staff), configurations of the Discord bots, setting up the Minecraft plugins, starting the server and promoting it. The website could also use a little love but its fairly functional as-is.
Additionally, and the reason I'm here, is we need a steady staff base to keep up with the demands of the players. Ideally I'd like a handful of moderators so that generally there is always a staff member present on the server, and a couple of administrators who are like-minded to me to help run the show from the background.

The best candidates for this position for me and for the server are enthusiastic about the idea, experienced in Minecraft, Minecraft server management, and moderating, and a personality match to the current staff members.
