Considering the fact the server is not released yet, asking for the dev to have a degree is a bit much as they would most likely not want to dev a Minecraft server if they have a degree from college.

Experience: Ive owned 4 popular working MC servers as either owner or Dev. One, I am currently working on. It is called OblivianMC and will have factions, OP-prison, skyblock, and Kit PVP. I also know alot about Pex, Group Manager, Worldedit, and mainly complicated commands. I have been learning MC server code for years. I am very trust-worthy. People see that by watching me do my magic. I can whip up pex and commands like no one else.
coding language:C++,Java, Javascript, and SQL. I've whipped up a few games before too.
Do you know any group managing plugins?: Yes, and I know how to use them. I know group-manager which is one of the most popular ones you can find. I also can use pex which works for making ranks, ladders, and more. I also can use kits, knowing how to create OP ones. If I'm accepted, I wont let you down! I can promise you that!
Previous Experience: Kinda the same thing as experience, but ok. I have been known to spot hackers and griefers before they can harm or cause damage. I learned plenty of tricks to make sure players stay good, happy, and safe. I also can tolerate a lot. I don't just ban for a little bit of nagging. From previous experience, I've learned to study the rules to make sure players follow them, and I know what punishment would fit the crime.
Other Information:A'lot, actually. I just want to say that I know what is it like to be griefed and hacked. Let me tell you a story. I worked for about 6 months on a server. Me and my dev. We let a few players on to check it out. Next thing I know, The world was reset because on of the got opped somehow. My hardwork was ruined but I would never have another living soul feel that. I know not to hack or cheat or grief and you can trust me. Also I fit all your requirements plus more! Please just give me one chance as Dev. If I blow it, you can always ban me. I wish to show you my skills and how I can help you get you server to be a extremely popular, amazing server! If you really think I don't deserve Dev, at least give me admin so I an prove Im dev worthy. I swear I will not break my promise or let you down! Thank you for listening. BTW, I am very nice towards players and staff.
